Claims (6)
- シリコンレジン及びウレタンレジンのうちの少なくとも一つで形成されるベース膜と、
前記ベース膜に分散されているコア−シェル蛍光体と、
前記コア−シェル蛍光体を取り囲むコーティング層とを含み、
前記コア−シェル蛍光体は光を白色光に変換し、
前記コーティング層は、シリカ(silica)、ポリスチレン(polystyrene)、及びウレタンのうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記ベース膜中に、光を拡散させるための拡散シート物質がさらに分散されており、
前記ベース膜の両面にそれぞれ第1及び第2の基板部材をさらに含み、これら基板部材は、いずれも、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(Polyethylene Terephthalate Film;PET Film)、ポリカーボネート(Polycarbonate;PC)、及びポリエチレンテレフタレート共重合体(CoPolyethylene Terephthalate;CoPET)のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記の第1及び第2の基板部材の上に、それぞれ、マット(matte)処理されたことで表面に凹凸を含む第1及び第2のマット層をさらに含む、ナノ蛍光体シート。 - 前記ベース膜に複数のコア−シェル蛍光体が分散されており、
前記コーティング層は前記複数のコア−シェル蛍光体のうちの二つ以上のコア−シェル蛍光体グループを取り囲む、請求項1に記載のナノ蛍光体シート。 - 前記コア−シェル蛍光体は、CdSe/ZnS、InP/ZnS、ZnS:Mn/ZnS、PbSe/PbS、CdSe/CdS、CdTe/CdS、及びCdTe/ZnSのうちの一つで形成される、請求項1に記載のナノ蛍光体シート。
- 光源と、
前記光源から発生した光をガイドする導光板と、
前記導光板の上に配置するナノ蛍光体シートとを含み、
前記ナノ蛍光体シートは、
ベース膜と、
前記ベース膜に分散されている複数のコア−シェル蛍光体とを含み、
前記ナノ蛍光体シートは、前記光源から発生した光を白色光に変換し、
前記コーティング層は、シリカ(silica)、ポリスチレン(polystyrene)、及びウレタンのうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記ベース膜中に、光を拡散させるための拡散シート物質がさらに分散されており、
前記ベース膜の両面にそれぞれ第1及び第2の基板部材をさらに含み、これら基板部材は、いずれも、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(Polyethylene Terephthalate Film;PET Film)、ポリカーボネート(Polycarbonate;PC)、及びポリエチレンテレフタレート共重合体(CoPolyethylene Terephthalate;CoPET)のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記の第1及び第2の基板部材の上に、それぞれ、マット(matte)処理されたことで表面に凹凸を含む第1及び第2のマット層をさらに含、バックライト装置。 - 前記複数のコア−シェル蛍光体のうちの少なくとも一つのコア−シェル蛍光体を取り囲むコーティング層を含む、請求項4に記載のバックライト装置。
- 前記コーティング層は、前記複数のコア−シェル蛍光体のうちの二つ以上のコア−シェル蛍光体グループを取り囲む、請求項5に記載のバックライト装置。
