Claims (6)
- ガスクロマトグラフの試料ガスの注入口の前段に熱分解装置が配置され、熱分解装置で試料を加熱することにより発生したガスをガスクロマトグラフの注入口から導入し、分離カラムを経て質量分析装置に導いて分析が行われる熱分解ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置の校正方法であって、
高分子材料からなる基材中に分析対象成分を規定濃度で均一に分散させた標準試料をシート状に形成し、
校正時にパンチを用いて前記シート状の標準試料を打ち抜くことにより、必要量の標準試料を採取し、
溶媒抽出することなく前記熱分解装置で加熱することで直接分析を行うことを特徴とする熱分解ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置の校正方法。 - 前記シート状の標準試料は、ロール状に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱分解ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置の校正方法。
- 前記シート状の標準試料は、所定の長さに切断され、相互に重ね合わされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱分解ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置の校正方法。
- 前記シート状の標準試料は、表裏両面が、揮散防止用膜によって覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱分解ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置の校正方法。
- 前記シート状の標準試料は、分析対象成分が30mg/kg〜2000mg/kgの濃度で含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに熱分解ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置の校正方法。
- 前記シート状の標準試料は、シートの厚みが、0.1〜1.3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の熱分解ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置の校正方法。
