図1において、S側図は断面図であり、P側図は部分断面斜視図である。以下の本発明の明細書及び図面において、Sは断面図を示し、Pは部分断面斜視図を示すものとする。
Claims (8)
- 溶接チップを上部溶接母材及び下部溶接母材の開先に対して特定の方向に周期的に繰り返しウィービング搬送させる走行機構部と、溶接チップを有し、前記走行機構部に取り付けられる溶接トーチと、前記溶接チップによる溶接方向に位置するように前記走行機構部に取り付けられる銅当て金と、水平溶接継手開先の形状を考慮して溶接トーチの棒の位置別に溶接条件を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
走行機構部が多数の節点に沿ってウィービング走行するように搬送させ、節点と節点との間の移動区間における溶接電流、溶接電圧、ワイヤー供給速度、走行速度、節点における停止時間、ウィービング速度、ウィービング幅のうちの少なくとも一つを制御して開先面に対する大溶着溶接が行えるように構成され、
前記銅当て金は、溶接の進行方向にガスを噴射する順方向ガス噴射部を備えて、溶銑の表面流下を防ぐように構成されることを特徴とする水平突き合わせ継手大溶着溶接装置。 - 上部溶接母材と下部溶接母材との間のギャップ(G)及び溶接母材の厚さに応じて初期値が設定され、上部溶接母材と下部溶接母材との間のギャップ(G)によって溶接電流、溶接電圧、ワイヤー供給速度、走行速度、節点における停止時間、ウィービング速度、ウィービング幅のうちの少なくとも一つがリアルタイムにて変更されるように制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水平突き合わせ継手大溶着溶接装置。
- 前記節点における停止時間は、
欠陥のないビードの生成のための全体の停止時間がT1である場合、
開先面の内部に対する溶接を行う背面ビード(B)側節点、背面ビード(B)と表面ビード(F)との間の節点の各々の停止時間は±10%の誤差範囲において0.2*T1の停止時間を有し、表面ビード(F)側節点における停止時間は±10%の誤差範囲において0.8*T1の停止時間を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水平突き合わせ継手大溶着溶接装置。 - 前記ワイヤー供給速度は、
背面ビード(B)を設定する節点における初期値はギャップ(G)によって設定され、前記背面ビード(B)と表面ビード(F)を形成する節点との間に位置する節点においては、前記開先面の断面の垂直幅に比例して初期値よりも増加するように算出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水平突き合わせ継手大溶着溶接装置。 - 前記制御部は、
電流検出センサーまたは電圧検出センサーの電流値及び電圧値のうちの少なくとも一方を用いて単位体積当たりに所定の溶着量を維持するように溶接電流、溶接電圧、ワイヤー供給速度、走行速度、節点における停止時間、ウィービング速度、ウィービング幅のうちの少なくとも一つを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水平突き合わせ継手大溶着溶接装置。 - 前記銅当て金の一つの面には、流線状に凹設される凹溝が形成され、前記凹溝は上下方向に非対称状を呈するとともに、凹溝の下部に溶銑が満たされるように収容溝がさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水平突き合わせ継手大溶着溶接装置。
- 前記銅当て金は、母材の表面に密着される板状を呈し、母材の表面と密着される面に母材の開先面を上下方向に覆う凹溝が凹設され、前記凹溝は走行機構部の搬送方向に延設され、前記凹溝の下部に形成される収容溝は溶銑を収容するように凹溝に段差状に凹設されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水平突き合わせ継手大溶着溶接装置。
- 走行機構部の走行軸部に組み付けられる銅当て金x軸スライドアセンブリーと、
前記銅当て金x軸スライドアセンブリーに連結されて垂直方向に摺動されるz軸スライドアセンブリーと、
を備え、
前記銅当て金は、銅当て金z軸スライドアセンブリーに連結されて、走行機構部の搬送方向と、母材の垂直方向及び母材に対して密着方向に移動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水平突き合わせ継手大溶着溶接装置。
