Description
Claims (10)
- 進行する鋼板と相対しながら冷却流体を噴射する噴射手段と、
前記噴射手段の前面部に設置され、且つ両側に相互に遠近移動しながら前記冷却流体の噴射幅を可変させる複数のノズル遮蔽板と、
前記複数のノズル遮蔽板を移動させる板駆動部と、
を含み、
前記板駆動部は、
前記噴射手段の両側に一つずつ配置されて、前記複数のノズル遮蔽板とそれぞれギア締結される二つの回転軸と、
前記回転軸の上端にそれぞれ装着された二つの側部ギアボックスと、
前記噴射手段に設置された回転駆動モータと、
前記回転駆動モータのモータ軸が連結された中央ギアボックスと、
一端部が前記側部ギアボックスに連結され、他端部が前記中央ギアボックスに連結された二つの連結バーと、
を備える、めっき鋼板冷却装置。 - 前記鋼板と噴射手段との距離を調節するように前記噴射手段に提供される噴射距離調節手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のめっき鋼板冷却装置。
- 前記ノズル遮蔽板にはラックギアが形成され、
前記回転軸には前記ラックギアにギア締結されるピニオンギアが形成される、請求項1に記載のめっき鋼板冷却装置。 - 前記噴射手段において噴射ノズルを有するノズルチャンバーが複数個積層されるとき、
前記ノズル遮蔽板は、複数個の前記ノズルチャンバーに対応するように複数個配置される、請求項3に記載のめっき鋼板冷却装置。 - 前記噴射手段の前面部の上下部それぞれには前記ノズル遮蔽板を挟持しながら、前記ノズル遮蔽板の移動時にスライドガイドする板ガイドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のめっき鋼板冷却装置。
- 前記鋼板の幅を測定するように前記噴射手段に設置された幅感知センサと、
前記幅感知センサ及び板駆動部と電気的に連結されて、前記鋼板の幅に沿って前記ノズル遮蔽板の移動を制御する制御部と、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のめっき鋼板冷却装置。 - 前記噴射距離調節手段は、
固定フレームと、
前記固定フレームに位置固定され、前記噴射手段にスクリュー締結されて回転時に前記噴射手段を前記鋼板に対して遠近移動させるモータ軸を有する前後駆動モータと、
を備える、請求項2に記載のめっき鋼板冷却装置。 - 前記噴射距離調節手段は、
前記噴射手段に固定装着されたスライダーと、
前記固定フレームに位置固定され、前記スライダーがスライド移動するように締結されたガイドレールと、
をさらに備える、請求項7に記載のめっき鋼板冷却装置。 - 前記噴射距離調節手段は、
前記鋼板との距離を測定するように前記噴射手段に設置された距離感知センサと、
前記距離感知センサ及び前後駆動モータと電気的に連結されて、設定される前記鋼板との距離に対応するように前記噴射手段の移動を制御する制御部と、
をさらに備える、請求項7に記載のめっき鋼板冷却装置。 - 前記噴射手段は前記鋼板の進行方向に沿って多段に配置され、
前記鋼板のめっき液の凝固が進むにつれて、前記噴射距離調節手段によって前記鋼板に近くなるように配置される、請求項7に記載のめっき鋼板冷却装置。
