Claims (7)
- 筒状であって伸縮可能な蛇腹部を備えて緩衝器におけるシリンダに出入りするロッドを覆うブーツ本体と、
上記ブーツ本体の上端に連なって設けられるとともに上記緩衝器のロッドに取付けられるロッド側ばね受けと上記緩衝器の外周に配置される懸架ばねとで挟持される環状のフランジ部とを備え、
上記フランジ部の外方において、上記フランジ部と上記ブーツ本体の軸に直交する水平線との間のなす角度は、0度を超え、且つ、90度未満であって、
上記ブーツ本体と上記フランジ部の全部とがブロー成型により一体に成形されている
ことを特徴とするダストブーツ。 - 上記角度は、30度以上で、且つ、60度以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダストブーツ。 - 筒状であって伸縮可能な蛇腹部を備えて緩衝器におけるシリンダに出入りするロッドを覆うブーツ本体と、
上記ブーツ本体の上端に連なって設けられるとともに上記緩衝器のロッドに取付けられるロッド側ばね受けと上記緩衝器の外周に配置される懸架ばねとで挟持される環状のフランジ部とを備え、
上記フランジ部の外方において、上記フランジ部と上記ブーツ本体の軸に直交する水平線との間のなす角度は、0度を超え、且つ、90度未満である
ことを特徴とするダストブーツの製造方法であって、
上記ブーツ本体と上記フランジ部を一体に成型する型内に筒状の樹脂材料を挿入し、上記樹脂材料内に気体を吹き込んで上記樹脂材料を上記型へ押しつけることで上記ダストブーツを成型する
ことを特徴とするダストブーツの製造方法。 - 上記角度は、30度以上で、且つ、60度以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のダストブーツの製造方法。 - シリンダと、
上記シリンダに出入りするロッドと、
上記ロッドに取付けられたロッド側ばね受けと、
上記シリンダに取付けられたシリンダ側ばね受けと、
上記ロッド側ばね受けと上記シリンダ側ばね受けとの間に介装される懸架ばねと、
上記請求項1または2に記載のダストブーツとを備えた
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 上記懸架ばねの上端に装着されるラバーシートを備え、
上記フランジ部と上記懸架ばねとの間に上記ラバーシートを介装した
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の緩衝器。 - 上記ブーツ本体は、切欠孔を備え、
上記ラバーシートは、上記切欠孔に嵌合する突起部を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の緩衝器。
