Claims (3)
- バーナーの点火・燃焼により発生される燃焼ガスを用いて暖房環水を加熱する温水暖房の潜熱熱交換器において、
内部に暖房環水が移動するように暖房環水移動流路が形成された複数の暖房環水熱交換部が互いに隣接配置されるように繋がれ、前記各暖房環水熱交換部の間には、燃焼ガスが移動するように燃焼ガス移動流路が形成された上部熱交換部と、
前記上部熱交換部の下側に位置し、内部に水道水が移動するように水道水移動流路が形成された複数の水道水熱交換部が隣接配置されるように繋がれ、前記各水道水熱交換部の間には、燃焼ガスが移動するように燃焼ガス移動流路が形成された下部熱交換部と、で構成され、
前記暖房環水熱交換部と前記水道水熱交換部は、前後に積層されている2つのプレートの上部と下部に一体型で形成されたことを特徴とする、
温水暖房の潜熱熱交換器。 - 前記各プレートの外側面には、伝熱面積が増加されるように凹凸部が形成される請求項1に記載の温水暖房の潜熱熱交換器。
- バーナーの点火・燃焼により発生される燃焼ガスを用いて暖房環水を加熱するコンデンシングガスボイラーにおいて、
請求項1に記載された潜熱熱交換器と、
膨張タンクから排出された暖房環水を前記潜熱熱交換器に流入させる暖房環水排出管と、
水道水を前記潜熱熱交換器に流入させる水道水流入管と、
前記潜熱熱交換器を通じて加熱された暖房水を顕熱熱交換器に流入させる暖房水流入管と、
前記潜熱熱交換器を通じて加熱された温水を排出する温水排出管と、
前記温水排出管を通じて温水の供給を受けて再度加熱する温水熱交換器と、を含む、
コンデンシングガスボイラー。
