Claims (6)
- 安全機構を有する複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを所定の配列でそれぞれ収容する複数の電池収納部を有するセルケースと、
前記電池セルの一方側に配置される絶縁部材と、
前記電池セルから排出される排ガスを排気する経路となるダクトと、を備え、
前記電池収納部は、前記電池セルを収容する複数の開口部を有し、
前記絶縁部材は、前記複数の開口部のうち前記電池セルが収容された開口部に対向する位置に形成された貫通孔と、前記複数の開口部のうち前記電池セルが収容されていない開口部を塞ぐ蓋部とを有し、
前記排ガスは、前記貫通孔を介して前記ダクトの経路に排出される、
電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記絶縁部材の蓋部は、前記電池収納部の開口部に嵌合する突出部として形成されている、電池モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記蓋部は前記絶縁部材と一体または別体に成形される、電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記セルケースにおける電池セルが収納されない電池収納部は電池モジュールの長手方向中央領域に設定され、それに応じた位置に前記絶縁部材の蓋部の位置が設定されている、電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記セルケースに収容された電池セルの他方側に配置される別の絶縁部材をさらに備え、前記別の絶縁部材は電池セルが収納されていない電池収納部の他方側の開口部に嵌合して塞ぐ蓋部を有する、電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記電池セルが収納されていない電池収納部の内壁にセルケース温度を検出する温度センサを設置した、電池モジュール。
