1.モルタル組成物
表1は、3つの本発明のモルタル組成物M1〜M3を示すものである。モルタル組成物は、乾燥状態の成分を全て混ぜ合わせることによって調製した。モルタル組成物M1〜M3は乾燥粉末として存在する。
モルタル組成物M1〜M3を水と混合させた(乾燥モルタル組成物の総重量に対する水の重量比は0.3)。
モルタル組成物M1は、洗浄した平らな鋼板上に2mmの厚みで塗布した。24時間の硬化後、市販されている、セメントをベースとした抑制層(SikaFloor(登録商標)−Marine18、セメントと砂とを含むモルタル組成物)を塗布した。
Claims (35)
- モルタル組成物であって、
a)1wt%〜20wt%の水硬性バインダと、
b)30wt%〜80wt%の凝集体と、
c)10wt%〜75wt%のポリマーと、
d)4wt%〜40wt%の層状材料と、
e)0.5wt%〜40wt%の多孔質フィラーと、
を含むか又はそれらのみからなる、モルタル組成物。 - 粘弾性構造体を作製するために用いられる、請求項1に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、水溶性ポリマー又は水再分散性ポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、酢酸ビニル、ビニルアルコール、アクリル酸、アクリレート、メタクリル酸、メタクリレート及びエチレンから選択される1つ又は複数のモノマーをベースとする、ホモポリマー又はコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記層状材料がクレイ及び/又はマイカから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記層状材料がバーミキュライトであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記多孔質フィラーが、火山岩を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記多孔質フィラーが、軽石及び/又はパーライトを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。

- 前記多孔質フィラーが、前記多孔質フィラーの総体積に対して、少なくとも25vol.−%の多孔度を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記多孔質フィラーが、前記多孔質フィラーの総体積に対して、少なくとも50vol.−%の多孔度を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記多孔質フィラーが、前記多孔質フィラーの総体積に対して、少なくとも75vol.−%の多孔度を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記ポリマーを、25wt%〜35wt%含む、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記層状材料を、4wt%〜10wt%含む、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 前記層状材料を、5wt%〜10wt%含む、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物。
- 水で硬化させた後の請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載のモルタル組成物を含む、成形体。
- 粘弾性体である、請求項21に記載の成形体。
- 平らな層である、請求項21又は22に記載の成形体。
- 0.5mm〜10mmの厚みを有する、請求項23に記載の成形体。

- 請求項21〜28のいずれか一項に記載の成形体と、該成形体に取り付けられる支持要素及び/又は被覆要素と、を含む、構造体。

- 前記成形体が、前記支持要素と前記被覆要素との間に配置され、前記支持要素が、金属層であり、前記被覆要素が、平らな層として形成される、請求項29又は30に記載の構造体。
