Description
Claims (11)
- 減衰能、剛性および機械インピーダンスが互いに異なる材料からなる互いに積み重ねられた2つ以上の層(5、6、7)を有する少なくとも1つのトルク伝達用のフランジ(4)を備える、10〜20,000Hzの範囲内の音響関連周波数内の振動の伝播を減衰させるように構成された、固体伝播音を吸収するための装置において、
前記フランジ(4)の少なくとも一部分(8)が、半径方向に連続的に配置されかつ前記半径方向に対して交互に傾けられた2つ以上のフランク(11〜14)を含む半径方向に鋸刃状の断面輪郭部を有し、
連続的なフランク(11〜14)が、それぞれ角部(15、16、17)を形成することによって互いに連なっており、連続的なフランクの対が前記角部に80°〜100°の角度を有し、
固体伝播音の減衰が、材料が異なる前記層(5、6、7)の間の境界における機械インピーダンスの変化部での音波の内部反射、前記鋸刃状の輪郭部、および前記フランク相互間の前記角部(15、16、17)によって達成されることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記フランク(11〜14)は、半整数の整数倍の長さ比がすべての可能なフランク対に対して除外されるように、長さが異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フランク(11〜14)は、長さ比が、すべての可能なフランク対に対して異なる素数によって定義されるように、長さが異なることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(4)が、繊維強化プラスチックで製作された2つの外層(5、7)と、前記2つの外層(5、7)の間にあり機械インピーダンスが異なるエラストマで製作された内層(6)とを含み、固体伝播音を吸収し、前記外層(5、7)が前記内層(6)によって離隔されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記内層(6)の最大厚さが、前記外層(5、7)の最大厚さの2倍未満である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 繊維強化プラスチックで製作された前記外層(5、7)の厚みは、該厚みがフランク同士の間で異なるように、半径方向に変化していることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- エラストマの前記内層(6)の厚みが、半径方向に増大していることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フランク(11〜14)が、真っすぐであるかまたはわずかに湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(4)が、第1の回転部分に連結するための、前記外層の一方(7)によって形成された外縁部分(9)と、第2の回転部分に連結するための、前記外層の他方(5)によって形成された内縁部分(10)と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項、または請求項4を直接もしくは間接的に引用する請求項8に記載の装置。
- 2つ以上のフランジ(4)が、軸線方向に連続して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 2つの回転部分の回転軸線の軸線方向変位および/または角度変位を補償するための補償継手(2)と、
10〜20,000Hzの範囲内の音響関連周波数内の振動の伝播を減衰させるように構成された、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)とを備えるシステムであって、
前記装置(1)の前記フランジ(4)が、連結手段によって前記補償継手(2)に連結されており、
固体伝播音を吸収するための前記装置が、前記補償継手よりも高い軸方向剛性、半径方向剛性およびねじれ剛性を有する、システム。
