Description
[1]金属製の外殻の内部に耐火物が施工されて構成される、500℃以上の高温溶融物を保持する高温用容器の製造方法において、前記高温用容器の高温溶融物と接触する内面を3質量%以上のカーボンの配合されたカーボン含有耐火物で施工し、このカーボン含有耐火物の表面に、SiO2とNa2Oとを質量比(SiO2/Na2O)で3以上4以下含有し、粘度が0.5Pa・s以下である、水で希釈したケイ酸ソーダ水溶液を塗布してケイ酸ソーダの被覆層を形成することを特徴とする高温用容器の製造方法。
[2]前記ケイ酸ソーダ水溶液を、塗布時1.0mm以下、乾燥時0.5mm以下の厚みになるように塗布することを特徴とする、上記[1]に記載の高温用容器の製造方法。

Claims (2)
- 金属製の外殻の内部に耐火物が施工されて構成される、500℃以上の高温溶融物を保持する高温用容器の製造方法において、前記高温用容器の高温溶融物と接触する内面を3質量%以上のカーボンの配合されたカーボン含有耐火物で施工し、このカーボン含有耐火物の表面に、SiO2とNa2Oとを質量比(SiO2/Na2O)で3以上4以下含有し、常温での粘度が0.5Pa・s以下である、水で希釈したケイ酸ソーダ水溶液を塗布してケイ酸ソーダの被覆層を形成することを特徴とする高温用容器の製造方法。
- 前記ケイ酸ソーダ水溶液を、塗布時1.0mm以下、乾燥時0.5mm以下の厚みになるように塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高温用容器の製造方法。
