Description
Claims (5)
- クロスヘッドを有する大型多気筒2ストロークユニフローディーゼルエンジンであって:
各シリンダの下部に設けられる掃気ポートと;
各シリンダの頂部中央に1つ設けられる排気バルブ(4)と;
排気ガスにより駆動され、シャフト(8)を介してコンプレッサー(9)を回すタービン(6)を有するターボ過給機(5)と;
流入する排気ガスジェットによる圧力変動を緩和するように構成される排気ガス受け(3)と;
前記排気ガス受け(3)の外部であって、前記タービン(6)の上流で、前記排気ガス受け(3)の下流の排気ガス流に設けられるSCRリアクター(19)と;
前記SCRリアクター(19)の上流で噴射弁(21)から前記排気ガス流に液体還元剤を投入する還元剤投入ポイントと;
圧力がかけられた液体還元剤のソースを備える還元剤配送システムと;
電子制御ユニット(50)と;
を備え、
前記還元剤投入ポイントは、前記排気ガス受け(3)の出口(33)の上流に設けられ、
前記ソースは、尿素の水溶液が貯蔵されているタンク(26)として構成され、
前記還元剤配送システムは、前記タンク(26)を、定常的な圧力を提供するように構成されるポンプ(24)の入口に接続する管(25)をさらに備え、前記ポンプ(24)の出口は、電子制御弁(23)を介して前記圧力がかけられた液体還元剤を前記噴射弁(21)に供給し、
前記電子制御弁(23)は、前記噴射弁(21)への液体還元剤の流れを制御するための、オン/オフ型の弁であって、前記電子制御ユニット(50)からの信号によって制御され、
前記電子制御ユニット(50)は、前記電子制御弁(23)の開弁時間の長さを制御することにより、前記噴射弁(21)へ液体還元剤を間欠的に配送するようにして、前記排気ガス流に投入される液体還元剤の量を制御するように構成され、
前記噴射弁(21)は、液体還元剤が前記排気ガス流に噴射される際に該液体還元剤を霧化するためのノズルを有する、
エンジン。 - 前記電子制御ユニット(50)は、前記エンジンの実際の運転条件に応じて必要とされる液体還元剤の量に基づいて、前記噴射弁(21)へ配送される液体還元剤の量に関連して前記電子制御弁(23)の開弁時間を制御するように構成されるが、当該制御において、前記エンジンのクランクシャフトの位置は考慮しない、請求項1に記載のエンジン。
- 前記電子制御ユニット(50)は、排気ガス中のNOx及び/又は酸素含有量の情報に基づいて、前記噴射弁(21)へ配送されるべき液体還元剤の量を決定する、請求項2に記載のエンジン。
- 電子制御弁(23)は二つ以上設けられない、請求項1に記載のエンジン。
- 電子制御弁(23)は一つしか設けられない、請求項1に記載のエンジン。
