Description
本発明は、抗腫瘍化合物、より具体的に、新規シチジン誘導体二量体およびその応用に関する。
癌は、ヒトの健康を脅かす一般的な疾患の一つである。癌の死亡率は、数ある疾患の中で最高である。現在臨床的抗腫瘍剤は、化学療法における顕著な毒性問題に直面している。今日では、抗腫瘍剤の重要な研究主題は、治療効果の改善と同時に、薬物の毒性を低減することである。
本発明により解決される技術的課題は、高い有効性、高い抗腫瘍活性および低い毒性を有する新規シチジン誘導体二量体およびその応用の提供である。
本発明は、式(I)
Claims (8)
- 次の一般式(I)
R1はC1−C10アルキル、C1−C10置換アルキル、−(CH2)n−Phまたは置換−(CH2)n−Phである;−(CH2)n−Phにおいて、n=0、1、2、3〜10であり、Phはフェニルである;置換アルキルの炭素鎖は、1個、2個または3個のハロゲン、シアノ基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基またはカルボキシル基で独立して置換されている;そして置換−(CH2)n−Phにおいて、n=0、1、2、3〜10であり、その炭素鎖またはフェニル環は、1個、2個または3個のハロゲン、シアノ基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基またはカルボキシル基で独立して置換されている;
R2はC1−C10アルキル、C1−C10置換アルキル、−(CH2)n−Phまたは置換−(CH2)n−Phである;−(CH2)n−Phにおいて、n=0、1、2、3〜10であり、Phはフェニルである;置換アルキルの炭素鎖は、1個、2個または3個のハロゲン、シアノ基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基またはカルボキシル基で独立して置換されている;そして置換−(CH2)n−Phにおいて、n=0、1、2、3〜10であり、その炭素鎖またはフェニル環は、1個、2個または3個のハロゲン、シアノ基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基またはカルボキシル基で独立して置換されている;
R3は水素、アルコキシカルボニルまたは置換アルコキシカルボニルであり、ここで、置換アルコキシカルボニルの置換基はハロゲン、シアノ基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基またはカルボキシル基である;
R4は水素、アルコキシカルボニルまたは置換アルコキシカルボニルであり、ここで、置換アルコキシカルボニルの置換基はハロゲン、シアノ基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基またはカルボキシル基である;そして
R5は−(CH2)n−であり、nは1〜15であるか;その炭素鎖に置換基を有する置換−(CH2)n−であり、該置換基はフェニル基、置換フェニル基、シアノ基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基もしくはカルボキシル基であるか;または−(CH2)n−X1−X2−であり、−(CH2)n−X1−X2−において、n=0、1、2または3であり、X1はOまたはSであり、X2は−(CH2)n−Phであり、nは0、1、2または3であるかまたはX2はピリミジル、ピラニル、イミダゾリル、ピラジニルまたはピリジルである。〕
を有するシチジン誘導体二量体。 - R3が水素であり、R4が水素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシチジン誘導体二量体。
- R1およびR2が同じである、請求項2に記載のシチジン誘導体二量体。
- 腫瘍阻害用医薬の製造のための、請求項1に記載のシチジン誘導体二量体またはその塩形態の使用。
- 腫瘍が血液腫瘍または悪性固形腫瘍であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の腫瘍阻害用医薬の製造のためのシチジン誘導体二量体またはその塩形態の使用。
- 活性成分として請求項1に記載の一般式(I)により示されるシチジン誘導体二量体またはその薬学的に許容される塩;および1以上の医薬担体または添加物を含むことを特徴とする、医薬組成物。
- 医薬組成物の形態が注射形態または経口投与形態であり、
経口投与形態が錠剤、散剤、顆粒剤、カプセル、ペレット製剤、溶液剤、懸濁液剤、エマルジョン剤、シロップ剤またはエリキシル剤を含み;そして
注射形態が溶液タイプ注射、懸濁液タイプ注射、エマルジョン注射または無菌粉末タイプ注射を含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の医薬組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のシチジン誘導体二量体の製造法であって、次の:
1)一般式(II)を有する化合物を製造し;
工程を含む、方法。
