Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性樹脂製の成形品を成形するために用いられ、入れ子を有する金型の内部に圧縮気体の金型冷却用通路を配設した成形用金型において、前記金型冷却用通路に、先端が先細となって通気断面積が次第に狭くなるノズルと、前記ノズルから噴出した圧縮気体が膨張する膨張室とを設け、前記入れ子は、金型に設ける入れ子本体と、前記金型が形成するキャビティ内に臨むピン部とを一体に有し、前記入れ子本体の外面に複数のフィン状部を設けると共に、前記フィン状部を前記膨張室の下流又は前記膨張室に配置したことを特徴とする成形用金型。
- 前記金型内にパイプを配設し、このパイプの先端に前記ノズルを設け、前記パイプの基端から圧縮気体を供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形用金型。
- 前記金型内に、加熱により変形加工可能な合成樹脂製のパイプを配設し、このパイプの先端に該パイプと同一材質からなる前記ノズルを設け、前記パイプの基端から圧縮気体を供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形用金型。
