Description
Claims (22)
- 可変データのリソグラフィー印刷のためのインク組成物であって、水で希釈可能なインクと、水からなる希釈剤とを含み、
前記水で希釈可能なインクは、25℃で2.61E+08から4.05E+09センチポアズの粘度を有し、1から500sec−1の剪断速度を有し、前記希釈剤は1から5重量%の量で存在し、
前記水で希釈可能なインクは、放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物と、着色剤成分とを含み、
前記水で希釈可能なインクに前記希釈剤を添加した後の5sec−1での可変データのリソグラフィー印刷のための前記インク組成物の粘度は、前記希釈剤を添加する前の前記水で希釈可能なインクの粘度より4.9〜7.5倍低い、インク組成物。 - 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物が、一官能、二官能、三官能の水で希釈可能なアクリレートモノマーおよびオリゴマーを含む化合物の群から選択される水で希釈可能なモノマー化合物を含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物が、官能性アクリレート化合物を含む、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能なモノマー化合物が、多官能アクリレート化合物である、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物が、芳香族ウレタンアクリレートである、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物は、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレートである、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物は、ポリエーテルトリアクリレートである、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物は、10重量%から85重量%の量で存在している、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物は、30重量%から80重量%の量で存在している、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物は、50重量%から70重量%の量で存在している、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記着色剤成分は、顔料を含み、前記顔料は10重量%から30重量%の量で存在している、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記着色剤成分は、顔料を含み、前記顔料は15重量%から30重量%の量で存在している、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記着色剤成分は、顔料を含み、前記顔料は20重量%から25重量%の量で存在している、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 可変データのリソグラフィー印刷のためのインク組成物であって、水で希釈可能なインクと、水からなる希釈剤とを含み、
前記水で希釈可能なインクは、25℃で2.61E+08から4.05E+09センチポアズの粘度を有し、1から500sec−1の剪断速度を有し、前記希釈剤は1から10重量%の量で存在し、
前記水で希釈可能なインクは、放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物と、着色剤成分とを含み、
前記水で希釈可能なインクに前記希釈剤を添加した後の5sec−1での可変データのリソグラフィー印刷のための前記インク組成物の粘度は、前記希釈剤を添加する前の前記水で希釈可能なインクの粘度より4.9〜7.5倍低い、インク組成物。 - 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物が、一官能、二官能、三官能の水で希釈可能なアクリレートモノマーおよびオリゴマーを含む化合物の群から選択される水で希釈可能なモノマー化合物を含む、請求項14に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記着色剤成分は、顔料を含み、前記顔料は10重量%から30重量%の量で存在している、請求項14に記載のインク組成物。
- 可変データのリソグラフィー印刷のために水で希釈可能なインク組成物を用いる方法であって、
画像化部材表面に湿し用流体を塗布することと、
前記画像化部材表面の選択的な位置から湿し用流体を蒸発させることによって潜像を作成し、疎水性の画像以外の領域と、親水性の画像領域とを作成することと、
前記親水性の画像領域に、前記インク組成物を所定量塗布することによって潜像を現像することであって、前記インク組成物は水で希釈可能なインクと、水からなる希釈剤とを含み、前記水で希釈可能なインクは、25℃で2.61E+08から4.05E+09の粘度を有し、1から500sec−1の剪断速度を有し、前記希釈剤は1から10重量%の量で存在し、前記水で希釈可能なインクは、放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物と、着色剤成分とを含み、前記水で希釈可能なインクに前記希釈剤を添加した後の5sec−1での可変データのリソグラフィー印刷のための前記インク組成物の粘度は、前記希釈剤を添加する前の前記水で希釈可能なインクの粘度より4.9〜7.5倍低く、
基材に、前記現像した潜像を転写することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記転写することが、前記所定量塗布した前記インク組成物のうち、少なくとも90%を前記画像化部材表面から除去することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。

- 前記湿し用流体が、D4(オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン)を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記放射線硬化性の水で希釈可能な化合物は、1重量%から85重量%の量で存在している、請求項17に記載の方法。
