Description
Claims (8)
- 複数の導線(24)同士を溶接する導線溶接方法であって、
複数の前記導線(24)を交差させると共に少なくとも1つの前記導線(24)の端部を交差部(26)から延出した位置に配置する配置工程と、
前記交差部(26)から延出した位置にある少なくとも1つの前記導線(24)の端部を誘導加熱コイル(42)の外側で誘導加熱によって溶融させて溶融材料を前記交差部(26)で固化させる溶接工程と、
を行うことを特徴とする導線溶接方法。 - 請求項1記載の導線溶接方法において、
前記配置工程では、少なくとも1つの前記導線(24)の端部を前記交差部(26)の近傍に位置させることを特徴とする導線溶接方法。 - 請求項1記載の導線溶接方法において、
前記配置工程では、前記誘導加熱コイル(42)の鉛直下側に前記交差部(26)を配置し、
前記溶接工程では、前記溶融材料に鉛直上方に向かう磁気浮揚力を作用させて前記溶融材料を前記交差部(26)で固化させることを特徴とする導線溶接方法。 - 請求項1記載の導線溶接方法において、
前記配置工程では、前記交差部(26)を複数並設し、
前記溶接工程では、各前記交差部(26)から延出した位置にある少なくとも1つの前記導線(24)の端部を誘導加熱によって同時に溶融させて溶融材料を当該交差部(26)で固化させることを特徴とする導線溶接方法。 - 複数のステータコイル(22)をステータコア(20)の軸線方向外側で溶接した導線溶接構造(10)を有したステータ(16)であって、
前記導線溶接構造(10)は、
複数の導線(24)が交差する交差部(26)と、
前記交差部(26)に設けられた溶接部(28)と、を有し、
前記溶接部(28)は、前記ステータコア(20)とは反対側に向かって鋭角に突出している、
ことを特徴とするステータ(16)。 - 高周波電流が流れる誘導加熱コイル(42)を備えた高周波誘導加熱装置(30)であって、
前記誘導加熱コイル(42)は、
互いに離間して設けられた一対の対向部(50、52)と、
一対の前記対向部(50、52)を接続する接続部(54)と、を同一平面上に含み、
一対の前記対向部(50、52)は、互いの離間間隔が前記誘導加熱コイル(42)の高さ方向における一方の側から他方の側に向かって小さくなるように構成され、
一対の前記対向部(50、52)の間には、磁性材料を含んで構成されたコア部(74)が配設され、
前記コア部(74)の他方の側の面には、溝(76)が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする高周波誘導加熱装置(30)。 - 請求項6記載の高周波誘導加熱装置(30)において、
各前記対向部(50、52)の外表面には、磁性体(68、70)が設けられていることを特徴とする高周波誘導加熱装置(30)。 - 請求項6記載の高周波誘導加熱装置(30)において、
前記誘導加熱コイル(42)は、平面視で略U字状に形成されていることを特徴とする高周波誘導加熱装置(30)。
