Claims (6)
- 自動車シュレッダーダストを破砕する破砕装置と、
該破砕装置によって破砕した自動車シュレッダーダストを、所定の粒径範囲にある空間燃焼が困難な破砕物と、その他の破砕物とに分離する分離装置と、
該分離装置によって分離された前記空間燃焼が困難な破砕物をセメントキルンの窯尻に供給する供給装置とを備えることを特徴とする自動車シュレッダーダストの燃料化装置。 - 前記破砕装置は、口径がXmmのスクリーンを備え、
前記空間燃焼が困難な破砕物は、前記スクリーンを通過した後、前記分離装置によって分離された1/3・Xmm以上4/5・Xmm以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車シュレッダーダストの燃料化装置。 - 前記分離装置によって分離された1/3・Xmm未満又は4/5・Xmmを超える破砕物をセメントキルンの燃焼用バーナーに供給することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動車シュレッダーダストの燃料化装置。
- 前記スクリーンの口径Xは、5mm以上50mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の自動車シュレッダーダストの燃料化装置。
- 前記破砕装置の前段にさらに分離装置を備え、該分離装置は、口径が5mm以上30mm以下のスクリーンであって、該スクリーンの通過分をセメントキルンの窯尻に供給し、残分を前記破砕装置に供給することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の自動車シュレッダーダストの燃料化装置。
- 自動車シュレッダーダストを含む廃棄物を破砕し、
該破砕した自動車シュレッダーダストを、所定の粒径範囲にある空間燃焼が困難な破砕物と、その他の破砕物とに分離し、
該分離した空間燃焼が困難な破砕物をセメントキルンの窯尻に供給することを特徴とする自動車シュレッダーダストの燃料化方法。
