Description
(a)無機充填剤材料を提供する工程;

(d)前記配合機内で複合ポリマー材料を形成する工程
を含み、工程(a)の無機充填剤材料は工程(b)のポリマー材料に、得られた複合ポリマー材料の無機充填剤含量が60から900重量部の範囲であるような量で添加され、前記添加は直接添加技術を用いて行われる、複合ポリマー材料を製造する方法が提供される。

(d)配合機内で複合ポリマー材料を形成する工程;
を含み、ステップ(a)の無機充填剤材料は工程(b)のポリマー材料に、得られた複合ポリマー材料の無機充填剤含量が60から900重量部の範囲にあるように添加され、前記添加は直接添加技術を用いて行われる。
本発明の方法の工程(a)により、無機充填剤材料が提供される。
本発明の方法の工程(b)により、ポリマー材料が提供される。
本発明の方法の工程(c)により、工程(a)の無機充填剤材料および工程(b)のポリマー材料が配合機に搬送される。
本発明の方法の工程(d)により、複合ポリマー材料が配合機内で形成され、工程(a)の無機充填剤材料は工程(b)のポリマー材料に、得られた複合ポリマー材料の無機充填剤含量が60から900重量部の範囲であるような量で添加され、ポリマー材料への無機充填剤材料の添加は直接添加技術を使用して実施される。
本発明の1つの態様によれば、本発明の方法によって得ることが可能な複合ポリマー材料が提供される。複合ポリマー材料は、定義された形状、例えば、ペレット、球体、真珠、ビーズ、プリル、フレーク、チップまたはスラグ、定義されない形状、例えば、砕かれたものを有することができ、または複合ポリマーは定義されたおよび定義されない形状の複合ポリマー材料の両方の混合物であってもよい。
・K−値
充填剤材料の粒度分布は、米国の企業MicromeriticsからのSedigraph 5120を用いて測定することができる。方法および機器は当業者に知られており、一般に充填剤および顔料の粒径を決定するために使用される。測定は、0.1重量%Na4P2O7を含む水溶液中で行うことができる。試料は高速スターラー及び超音速を用いて分散させた。
複合ポリマー材料の平均粒径は、重量メジアン粒径であり、即ち、全粒子の50重量%が、この平均粒径より大きいかまたは小さい。粒径は、ISO 3310−1:2000(E)に従って篩い分けすることによって決定される。
本明細書中で使用される成分の量および仕様は実施例1〜4に与えられた表から取得することができる。

ドイツ、T▲o▼nsmeier Kunststoffeから市販されている。平均粒径:0.5から1.0mm。
フランス、ARKEMAから市販されているVikoflex(R) 7170。
ドイツ、BASF SEから市販されているHexamoll(R) DINCH(R)。
スイス、オムヤ社から市販されている重質炭酸カルシウム。粒径d50:0.8μm;トップカットd98:5.0μm
スイス、オムヤ社から市販されている重質炭酸カルシウム。粒径d50:2.0μm;トップカットd98:10μm
スイス、オムヤ社から市販されている重質炭酸カルシウム。粒径d50:2.4μm;トップカットd98:20μm
3.5重量部 カルシウム−亜鉛安定剤、
0.3重量部 ポリエチレンワックス、
0.25重量部 パラフィンワックス、および
0.2重量部 酸化ポリエチレンワックス。
以下の例示的な実施例は上記の一般的手順に.従って調製することができる。
S−PVC(INEOS 5730、k=57)を炭酸カルシウム(Omyalite(R) 50H−OM)、安定剤(BAEROPAN R 91800 P/1−CC)および共安定剤(ESBO)とドライブレンドした。このブレンドをCoperion ZSK 26/60 MC押出機に充填し、追加の炭酸カルシウム(Omyalite(R) 50H−OM)を別装備の計量ユニットを使用して直接添加することによって添加した。押出製品の再分散品質を異形押出および目視検査を介して制御した。種々の試験の結果が以下の表に記載される。
Claims (7)
- (a)無機充填剤材料を提供する工程;
(b)ポリマー材料を提供する工程;
(c)工程(a)の無機充填剤材料および工程(b)のポリマー材料を配合機に搬送する工程;
(d)前記配合機内で複合ポリマー材料を形成する工程;
を含み、工程(a)の無機充填剤材料は工程(b)のポリマー材料に、得られた複合ポリマー材料の無機充填剤含量が150から900重量部の範囲である量で添加され、工程(a)の無機充填剤は工程(b)のポリマー材料に直接添加技術を用いて加えられ、前記技術は、配合機の配合セクションの上流の直接添加装置中でのポリマー材料への無機充填剤材料の添加および混合を含み、ここで、直接添加装置は配合機の配合セクションに直接接続されており、配合セクションへの得られた混合物の空気輸送が関与しないようにされ、前記配合機は押出機であり、
工程(b)で提供されるポリマー材料は無機充填剤材料を含み、
無機充填剤は炭酸カルシウムであり、およびポリマー材料はポリ塩化ビニルである、複合ポリマー材料を製造する方法。 - 得られた複合ポリマー材料の無機充填剤含量は、150から800重量部の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(d)の複合ポリマー材料は、2から8mmの範囲の平均粒径を有する顆粒の形態で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 得られた複合ポリマー材料は、4mm未満の平均粒径を得るために微粒子化されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)で提供されるポリマー材料はリサイクルポリマー材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリマー溶融物の温度は、205℃未満に維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 炭酸カルシウムは、重質炭酸カルシウム(GCC)、沈降炭酸カルシウム(PCC)、改質炭酸カルシウム(MCC)、またはこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
