Description
本発明の他の目的は、折り曲げ部が形成された磁石を用いて、振動減衰作業時に発生する中心軸(作動軸)の歪みを追加調整作業を行うことなく制御可能な振動低減装置を提供することにある。

Claims (5)
- 3次元xyz座標系を基準として、z方向に離間した振動源(600)と構造物(700)との間に備えられ、磁石を用いて前記振動源(600)の振動を減衰する振動低減装置(100)であって、
xy平面上に形成され、前記振動源(600)のz方向の前記構造物(700)の方の前記振動源(600)と結合される支持台(200)と、
前記支持台(200)の端部の外側面の全体に複数形成される第1磁石(210)と、
内部が中空となっており、且つ前記支持台(200)を囲むように形成されていて、前記構造物(700)のz方向の前記振動源(600)の方の前記構造物(700)と結合される本体(300)と、
前記第1磁石(210)と対応するように前記本体(300)の内側面の全体に複数形成される第2磁石(310)と、を含んでなり、前記第1磁石(210)と第2磁石(310)の全ての外側面が同一の極からなり、前記第1磁石(210)と第2磁石(310)の斥力を用いて振動を減衰する、磁石を用いた振動低減装置(100)。 - 前記第1磁石(210)が内側方向に折り曲げられて形成され、前記第2磁石(310)が前記第1磁石(210)と対応するように折り曲げられて形成される、請求項1に記載の磁石を用いた振動低減装置(100)。
- 前記支持台(200)と前記本体(300)との間にエラストマー(400)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の磁石を用いた振動低減装置(100)。
- 前記支持台(200)は、前記支持台(200)上に分離及び結合可能であるように形成される分離部を有する、請求項1に記載の磁石を用いた振動低減装置(100)。
- 前記分離部を介して分離されるモジュール(150)が形成されており、前記モジュール(150)は、前記支持台(200)と様々な方向に結合可能である、請求項4に記載の磁石を用いた振動低減装置(100)。
