Claims (9)
- アレイ基板を含む容量内蔵型タッチパネルであり、
前記アレイ基板上には、ゲートライン、データライン、及び共通電極層が設置されており、
前記共通電極層は、複数の相互絶縁のタッチ駆動電極ユニットとタッチ感知電極ユニットを含み、
前記タッチ駆動電極ユニットは、複数のタッチ駆動サブ電極を含み、前記タッチ感知電極ユニットは、複数のタッチ感知サブ電極を含み、
前記タッチ駆動サブ電極とタッチ感知サブ電極との中の一方はブリッジ渡し方式でデータライン方向に沿って接続され、前記タッチ駆動サブ電極とタッチ感知サブ電極との中の他方はゲートライン方向に沿って直接に接続される;あるいは、前記タッチ駆動サブ電極とタッチ感知サブ電極との中の一方はブリッジ渡し方式でゲートライン方向に沿って接続され、前記タッチ駆動サブ電極とタッチ感知サブ電極との中の他方はデータライン方向に沿って直接に接続され、
前記タッチ駆動電極ユニット及び前記タッチ感知電極ユニットはブリッジ位置にて互いに交差している、容量内蔵型タッチパネル。 - 前記タッチパネルは、信号接続線を更に含み、前記タッチ駆動サブ電極がゲートライン方向に沿って直接に接続されて、且つ、前記タッチ感知サブ電極がブリッジ渡し方式でデータライン方向に沿って互いに接続される時に、前記データライン方向に隣接する前記タッチ感知サブ電極が信号接続線を通して、ブリッジ渡し方式で互いに接続され、前記信号接続線は、前記データラインと同一方向に設置される、
請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記タッチパネルは、信号接続線を更に含み、前記タッチ駆動サブ電極がブリッジ渡し方式でデータライン方向に沿って互いに接続され、且つ、前記タッチ感知サブ電極がゲートラインに沿って直接に接続する時に、前記データライン方向に隣接する前記タッチ駆動サブ電極が信号接続線を通して、ブリッジ渡し方式で互いに接続され、前記信号接続線は、前記データラインと同一方向に設置される、
請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記信号接続線は、前記データラインと同一層に設置される、
請求項2または3に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記タッチパネルは、信号接続線を更に含み、前記タッチ駆動サブ電極がデータライン方向に沿って直接に接続され、且つ、前記タッチ感知サブ電極がブリッジ渡し方式でゲートライン方向に沿って互いに接続される時に、行方向上に隣接する前記タッチ感知サブ電極が信号接続線を通して、ブリッジ渡し方式で互いに接続され、前記信号接続線は、前記ゲートラインと同一方向に設置される、
請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記タッチパネルは、信号接続線を更に含み、前記タッチ駆動サブ電極がブリッジ渡し方式でゲートライン方向に沿って互いに接続され、且つ、前記タッチ感知サブ電極がデータライン方向に沿って直接に接続される時に、前記ゲートライン方向上に隣接する前記タッチ駆動サブ電極が信号接続線を通して、ブリッジ渡し方式で互いに接続され、前記信号接続線は、前記ゲートラインと同一方向に設置される、
