Description
[1]
滅菌サイクルの非凝縮ガス除去段階の有効性及び/又は蒸気滅菌剤の品質を非凝縮ガスの含有量に関連して判断するために蒸気滅菌器において使用される滅菌剤検査装置であって、
一方の端部では滅菌剤を入れるために開放され、もう一方の端部では閉鎖されている自由空間を画定するボア(2)を有する金属チューブ(1)と、
前記チューブ(1)の周りに配置された少なくとも1つの熱負荷(3)と、を備える、滅菌剤検査装置。

前記金属チューブ(1)は、
30Wm −1 K −1 以下、好ましくは25Wm −1 K −1 以下、より好ましくは20Wm −1 K −1 以下の熱伝導率を有する、項目1に記載の装置。

前記金属チューブ(1)は、
2Wm −1 K −1 以上、好ましくは4Wm −1 K −1 以上の熱伝導率を有する、項目2に記載の装置。
[4]
前記金属チューブ(1)は、15cm以下、好ましくは12cm以下、より好ましくは10cm以下の長さを有する、項目1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。

前記金属チューブは、2mm以下、好ましくは1.5mm以下、より好ましくは1mm以下、更に好ましくは0.5mm以下の肉厚を有する中空円筒である、項目1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
[6]
前記金属チューブの前記ボアは、2mm〜12mm、好ましくは3.5mm〜10.5mm、より好ましくは5mm〜8mmの穴径を有する、項目1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
[7]
前記金属チューブの横断面は、210mm 2 以下、好ましくは170mm 2 以下、より好ましくは140mm 2 以下の面積を有する、項目1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
[8]
前記金属チューブの材料特性は、特に熱伝導性において、基本的に等方性である、項目1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
[9]
前記金属チューブは、ステンレス鋼、錆のない鋼、CrNi含有鋼、チタン、及びチタン合金から選択される1種類以上を備える、項目1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。

前記少なくとも1つの負荷(3)は、ボア(4)を有する、項目1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
[11]
前記負荷の前記ボア(4)の寸法及び形状は、前記金属チューブ(1)の外側の寸法及び形状に概ね対応する、項目10に記載の装置。

前記少なくとも1つの負荷(3)の前記ボア(4)及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの負荷の前記ボアの表面は、前記金属チューブ(1)と間欠的に接触するように形成される、項目10又は11に記載の装置。

前記少なくとも1つの負荷(3)の前記ボア(4)の表面は、横方向又は縦方向に延びる少なくとも1つの溝(5)、好ましくは、横方向及び/又は縦方向に延びる少なくとも2つの溝(5)を備え、前記溝(5)は好ましくは互いから等距離に離間している、項目10〜12のいずれかに記載の装置。

前記少なくとも1つの負荷(3)は、円筒に実質的に対応する形状を有する、項目10〜13のいずれかに記載の装置。

前記少なくとも1つの負荷(3)は、前記円筒の外部表面から前記円筒の前記ボア(4)に向かって延びる少なくとも1つの径方向スリット(6)を備える、項目14に記載の装置。

前記少なくとも1つの負荷(3)は2つ以上の径方向スリット(6)を備え、前記スリット(6)は互いに等距離に離間している、項目15に記載の装置。
[17]
断熱材料の箔又はシート(15)が、前記チューブと前記少なくとも1つの負荷との間に設けられる、項目1〜16のいずれかに記載の装置。

前記箔又はシート(15)は、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリアクリロニトリル、カプトン、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、PTFE、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリカーボネート、エポキシ樹脂、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、ポリエチレン、及びポリスチレンのうちの1種類又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、項目17に記載の装置。

前記箔又はシート(15)は、前記チューブの熱伝導率よりも低い熱伝導率を有する材料、好ましくは、5Wm −1 K −1 以下、より好ましくは1Wm −1 K −1 以下の熱伝導率を有する材料を含む、項目17又は18に記載の装置。

前記箔又はシート(15)は、前記チューブと前記少なくとも1つの負荷との間の熱結合を調節するために、複数の穴及び/又は切込みを備える、項目17〜19のいずれかに記載の装置。
[21]
前記少なくとも1つの負荷は、25℃で少なくとも0.5Jg −1 K −1 、好ましくは少なくとも0.7Jg −1 K −1 、より好ましくは少なくとも0.85Jg −1 K −1 の熱容量を有する、項目1〜20のいずれかに記載の装置。
[22]
前記少なくとも1つの負荷は、アルミニウムを含むか又はアルミニウムからなる、項目1〜21のいずれかに記載の装置。
[23]
前記金属チューブの開放端部(8)はテーパ状である、項目1〜22のいずれかに記載の装置。
Claims (4)
- 滅菌サイクルの非凝縮ガス除去段階の有効性及び/又は蒸気滅菌剤の品質を非凝縮ガスの含有量に関連して判断するために蒸気滅菌器において使用される滅菌剤検査装置であって、
一方の端部では滅菌剤を入れるために開放され、もう一方の端部では閉鎖されている自由空間を画定するボアを有する金属チューブと、
前記チューブの周りに配置された少なくとも1つの熱負荷と、を備える、滅菌剤検査装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの負荷は、25℃で少なくとも0.5Jg−1K−1の熱容量を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの負荷は、アルミニウムを含むか又はアルミニウムからなる、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの負荷は、ボアと、外部表面から前記ボアに向かって延びる少なくとも1つの径方向スリットを備える、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の装置。
