Claims (12)
- スプリッタ(22)のハウジング(23)等のケーブルキャリア(3)に少なくとも1本のケーブル(2)を固定するためのケーブル固定組立体(1)であって、
前記ケーブルは、コア(4)、前記コアを保護する補強カバー(6)、及び外被(8)を有し、
前記補強カバー及び外被が剥ぎ取られ、前記コアが少なくとも部分的に露出し、
剥ぎ取られた前記補強カバーは折り返され、
前記組立体は、前記ケーブルの前記補強カバーの折り返し部(6a)が固定された前記ケーブルキャリアを具備するケーブル固定組立体において、
前記補強カバーの前記折り返し部が巻かれる増強部材(12)をさらに具備し、
前記増強部材の少なくとも一部は、前記ケーブルの縦方向に沿った前記補強カバー及び前記外被の間に配置され、
前記増強部材の出口開口(15)から内側に向かって突出するカラー(16)は、剥ぎ取られた前記外被の先端(10)に当接して配置されることを特徴とするケーブル固定組立体。 - 前記剥ぎ取られた補強カバーは、少なくとも1個の固定タブ(54)として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のケーブル固定組立体。
- 前記固定タブは、所定の撚り糸寸法(W 6a )を有する撚り糸(55)として形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のケーブル固定組立体。
- 前記組立体は、前記ケーブルキャリア、前記増強部材又は互いに関して所定の位置に少なくとも1本の前記ケーブルを配置するための少なくとも1個の整線化構造(39)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載のケーブル固定組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1個の整線化構造は、前記補強カバーの前記折り返し部を支持する交差部(76)を有する整列カラー(75’)として設計された整列部材(75)を具備することを特徴とする請求項4記載のケーブル固定組立体。
- 前記組立体は、前記剥ぎ取られた補強カバーを折り返された状態に維持するための少なくとも1個のリテーナ(45)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載のケーブル固定組立体。
- 前記リテーナは、前記増強部材に配置された目(46)であり、
前記目は、案内路(48)に開放する挿入アクセス路(47)を具備し、
前記案内路は、前記剥ぎ取られた補強カバーが前記挿入アクセス路を通って前記目に挿入されることを容易にすることを特徴とする請求項6記載のケーブル固定組立体。 - 前記案内路は、前記挿入アクセス路からの距離が増大する、拡大する漏斗状部(50)であることを特徴とする請求項7記載のケーブル固定組立体。
- 前記挿入アクセス路の内幅(W 47 )は、前記撚り糸の寸法より小さいことを特徴とする請求項8記載のケーブル固定組立体。
- 前記補強カバーの前記折り返し部は、接着剤(11)で前記ケーブルキャリアに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項記載のケーブル固定組立体。
- 前記ケーブルキャリアは、前記接着剤を注入するための注入開口(67)を具備し、
前記注入開口は、前記ケーブルの縦方向を横切って延びる注入方向(I)に開放することを特徴とする請求項10記載のケーブル固定組立体。 - 複数のケーブルと、請求項1ないし11のうちいずれか1項記載のケーブル固定組立体とを具備することを特徴とするスプリッタ(22)。
