Claims (3)
- 器具及び当該器具をガイドするためのガイドワイヤを挿入部内に挿通可能な管路と、前記管路を操作部において外部に開口する鉗子口金と、前記鉗子口金を閉塞するように取り付けられ、前記器具及び前記ガイドワイヤが貫通可能な孔を有する鉗子栓と、を備えた内視鏡に取り付けられる器具挿入補助具であって、
前記鉗子栓に隣接し前記孔からオフセットした位置にて前記内視鏡の操作部に固定される、板状をなすワイヤ固定部材と、
前記鉗子栓から突出した前記ガイドワイヤが延在する方向を一部規制して、前記鉗子栓から突出した直後に位置する前記ガイドワイヤの一部を前記孔の中心軸に沿って延在させる、前記ワイヤ固定部材から突出する板状の案内片と、
前記案内片によって延在する方向を規制された前記ガイドワイヤを係合させる、前記ワイヤ固定部材から突出するフック状の第1の係合部と、
前記第1の係合部に係合した前記ガイドワイヤの他の部分をさらに係合させる、つづら折れ形状をなす第2の係合部と、
を有することを特徴とする器具挿入補助具。 - 前記案内片は、前記ガイドワイヤが係合可能な係合凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の器具挿入補助具。
- 前記係合凹部は、前記ガイドワイヤと前記器具とに対して一体的に係合可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の器具挿入補助具。
