Abstract
Description
まず、実施の形態にかかる作業状況見える化装置2の構成を説明する。図1は、実施の形態にかかる作業状況見える化装置2の構成を示す図である。作業状況見える化装置2は、機械16がプログラムにしたがって動作する状況と、機械16がマニュアルで操作する作業において動作する状況とを報知する装置である。図1には、機械16も示されている。機械16の一例は、ワイヤ放電加工機である。機械16をマニュアルで操作する作業は、機械16がプログラムにしたがって動作する前及び後の一方又は双方に、作業者が行う作業である。機械16をマニュアルで操作する作業の具体例は、加工を適切に行うために被加工物に対する機械16の位置を調整する作業である。機械16をマニュアルで操作する作業において、作業者は、例えば被加工物に対する機械16の位置を調整するために、プログラムとは無関係に機械16を動作させる。
Claims (3)
- 機械がプログラムにしたがって動作する前及び後の一方又は双方で前記機械をマニュアルで操作する作業において動作させるのか、前記プログラムにしたがって動作させるのかを特定する指示の入力を受け付ける入力部と、
前記入力部によって受け付けられた指示をもとに、前記マニュアルで操作する作業に関する時間情報と前記プログラムに関する時間情報とを表示する出力部とを備え、
前記出力部は、前記機械が前記マニュアルで操作する作業において動作した状況と前記機械が前記プログラムにしたがって動作した状況とを時間の経過に応じて判別するための第1データを帯により表示する
ことを特徴とする作業状況見える化装置。 - 前記入力部によって受け付けられた指示をもとに、前記機械が前記マニュアルで操作する作業において動作した時刻の情報と、前記機械が前記プログラムにしたがって動作した時刻の情報とを記憶する記憶部を更に備え、
前記出力部は、前記記憶部に記憶された情報をもとに、前記マニュアルで操作する作業に関する時間情報と前記プログラムに関する時間情報とを表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業状況見える化装置。 - 前記入力部は、複数の作業項目の各々について前記機械を前記マニュアルで操作する作業において動作させることを特定する指示の入力を受け付け、
前記出力部は、前記複数の作業項目の各々について、前記第1データを前記帯により表示すると共に、前記機械が前記マニュアルで操作する作業において動作した時間の合計と前記機械が前記プログラムにしたがって動作した時間の合計とを特定するための第2データを表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の作業状況見える化装置。
