Description
(A)2〜6重量%のエチレンの誘導単位を含み、ISO 1133(190℃、2.16kg)に準拠して測定されるときに200〜1500の溶融質量流量(MFR)、及び 135℃のテトラヒドロナフタレン(THN)で測定されるときに0.8dl/g未満の固有粘度(IV)を有する高溶融流れブテン−1共重合体、
(B)少なくとも1つの選択的な追加重合体、
(C)少なくとも1つの選択的な樹脂、及び
(D)ワックス、オイルまたはこれらの混合物の中で選択される少なくとも1つの選択的な材料
を含む。
以下の実施例は実例を挙げるためのものであり、限定を目的としたものではない。以下の分析方法を用いて説明部分と実施例に示されている特性が決定される。
1)全スペクトルに対する適切な線形基準線を決定して、スペクトルプロファイルと基準線との間の総面積(Ta)を計算する。
2)二相モデルによって非晶質領域と結晶質領域を分離する適切な非晶質プロファイルを全スペクトルに沿って決定する。
3)非晶質プロファイルと基準線との間の面積として前記非晶質面積(Aa)を計算する。
4)スペクトルプロファイルと非晶質プロファイルとの間の面積として前記決定面積(Ca)を計算する(Ca=Ta−Aa)。
5)次式:%Cr=100xCa/Taを用いてサンプルの結晶度を計算する(以下、%Crはcrist tot%ともいう)。
本発明による実施例1〜3及び比較例(比較例1〜3)が以下のように得られる。
Claims (6)
- ホットメルト接着剤ポリオレフィン組成物であって、
(A)2〜4.5重量%のエチレンの誘導単位を含み、ISO1133(190℃、2.16kg)に準拠して測定されるときに200〜1500の溶融質量流量(MFR)を有する高溶融流れブテン−1共重合体、
(B)非晶質であるポリ−アルファ−オレフィン、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、エチレン/(メタ)アクリレート共重合体、エチレン/ビニルアセテート共重合体及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの任意選択的な追加重合体成分、
(C)脂肪族炭化水素樹脂、テルペン/フェノール樹脂、ポリテルペン、ロジン、ロジンエステル、これらの誘導体及びこれらの混合物の中から選択される少なくとも1つの任意選択的な追加樹脂材料、及び
(D)ワックス、オイルまたはこれらの混合物の中から選択される少なくとも1つの任意選択的な材料
を含むホットメルト接着剤ポリオレフィン組成物。 - 前記ブテン−1共重合体成分(A)は、4未満の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を有する請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤ポリオレフィン組成物。
