Claims (9)
- 光検出機能を備える有機発光ダイオード(OLED)ディスプレイ装置であって、
複数のOLEDピクセルを用いて形成されるイメージ取得パターンを含むディスプレイパネルであり、有機発光ダイオードピクセルに含まれるウィンドウの透明性の有無に応じて配置された前記複数の有機発光ダイオードピクセルにより前記イメージ取得パターンが形成される、ディスプレイパネルと、
前記イメージ取得パターンを通過する、外部オブジェクトからの入力光を検出するセンサパネルと、
を備え、
前記ディスプレイパネルは、透明ウィンドウを含む第1有機発光ダイオードピクセルと、不透明ウィンドウを含む第2有機発光ダイオードピクセルとの組み合わせによって、前記イメージ取得パターンを形成し、
前記有機発光ダイオードピクセルは、前記外部オブジェクトにIR(Infrared Ray)を送出するIR光ソースと、
前記外部オブジェクトによってリターンされる前記IRを含む前記入力光から赤外線成分を通過させるIRパスフィルタと、前記IR光ソースを駆動する回路部と、前記ウィンドウとを備え、
前記パスフィルタは、前記透明ウィンドウの上部又は下部に配置する、
OLEDディスプレイ装置。 - 前記ディスプレイパネルは、
円形のホール、多角形のホール、またはMURAのいずれか1つの前記イメージ取得パターンを形成する、
請求項1に記載のOLEDディスプレイ装置。 - 前記有機発光ダイオードピクセルは、赤色光、緑色光、または青色光のうちいずれか1つを発光する発光部を備え、
前記ディスプレイパネルは、前記発光部を介して映像を表示すると同時に、前記イメージ取得パターンで前記入力光を通過させ、前記センサパネルで前記外部オブジェクトを検出する、
請求項1に記載のOLEDディスプレイ装置。 - 前記センサパネルは、前記イメージ取得パターンを通過した前記赤外線成分を検出する、
請求項1に記載のOLEDディスプレイ装置。 - 前記センサパネルは前記赤外線成分を検出する、
請求項1に記載のOLEDディスプレイ装置。 - 前記イメージ取得パターンは、前記有機発光ダイオードピクセルのそれぞれに含まれる少なくとも1つのウィンドウの透明性の有無を調整して形成される、
請求項1に記載のOLEDディスプレイ装置。 - 光検出機能を備える有機発光ダイオード(OLED)ディスプレイ装置であって、
複数の有機発光ダイオードピクセルから形成されるイメージ取得パターンを含むディスプレイパネルであって、有機発光ダイオードピクセルのそれぞれに含まれる少なくとも1つのウィンドウの透明性の有無に応じて前記イメージ取得パターンが形成される、ディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネルの後端に位置し、前記イメージ取得パターンを通過する光が検出される少なくとも1つのセンサを含むセンサパネルと、
を備え、
前記ディスプレイパネルは、透明ウィンドウを含む第1有機発光ダイオードピクセルと、不透明ウィンドウを含む第2有機発光ダイオードピクセルとの組み合わせによって、前記イメージ取得パターンを形成し、
前記有機発光ダイオードピクセルは、外部オブジェクトにIRを送出するIR光ソースと、
前記外部オブジェクトによってリターンされる前記IRを含む入力光から赤外線成分を通過させるIRパスフィルタと、前記IR光ソースを駆動する回路部と、前記ウィンドウと、を備え、
前記パスフィルタは、前記透明ウィンドウの上部又は下部に配置する、
OLEDディスプレイ装置。 - 前記センサパネルは前記通過された赤外線成分を検出する、
請求項7に記載のOLEDディスプレイ装置。 - 前記パスフィルタは、前記ディスプレイパネルと前記センサパネルとの間に位置する、
