Abstract
Description
상기 디스플레이(20)와 촉각센서(30) 사이에는 하중범프(40)가 더 설치되되, 상기 하중범프(40)는 전극패턴(31a, 32a, 31a', 32a')과 대향되는 부분에 설치되어 있다.
상기 하중범프(40)는 디스플레이(20)와 촉각센서(30)사이의 간격을 유지하기 위한 수단이다.
Claims (12)
- 유연성을 갖는 하부기판(10)과 유연성을 갖는 디스플레이(20) 사이에 다수의 촉각센서(30)를 배열하여 상기 촉각센서(30)들에서 발생되는 정전용량 또는 접촉저항으로부터 접촉위치 및 접촉력 그리고 멀티터치를 감지하도록 구성하되,상기 촉각센서(30)는 다수의 횡과 열 형태의 매트릭스 배열방식으로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 촉각센서를 장착한 디스플레이 일체형 플렉시블 터치스크린.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이(20)는 LCD, OLED, 전자종이를 포함하는 플렉시블 디스플레이 수단 중 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 촉각센서를 장착한 디스플레이 일체형 플렉시블 터치스크린.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉각센서(30)는 정전용량방식 센서이고,두 개의 얇은 필름(31, 32)과 ;상기 필름(31, 32)의 일측 면에 적층된 전극패턴(31a, 32a)과 ;상기 필름(31, 32)들 사이에 설치되어 필름(31, 32) 사이의 거리를 유지되게 하는 스페이서(33)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉각센서를 장착한 디스플레이 일체형 플렉시블 터치스크린.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉각센서(30)는 저항방식 센서이고,두 개의 두 개의 얇은 필름(31', 32')과 ;상기 필름(31'. 32')의 서로 대향되는 면에 적층된 전극패턴(31a', 32a')과 ;상기 필름(31', 32')들 사이에 설치되어 필름(31', 32') 사이의 거리를 유지되게 하는 스페이서(33')와 ;상기 전극패턴(31a', 32a,)에 설치되어 서로 접촉됨에 의해 발생되는 접촉저항이 달라지는 두 개의 저항패턴(31b', 32b')으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉각센서를 장착한 디스플레이 일체형 플렉시블 터치스크린.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 저항패턴(31b', 32b')은 감압잉크, 탄소층, 니켈 크롬(Ni-Cr)임을 특징으로 하는 촉각센서를 장착한 디스플레이 일체형 플렉시블 터치스크린.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 전극패턴(31a, 32a, 31a', 32a')은 금속인 구리, 금 또는 탄소나노튜브(CNT)인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉각센서를 장착한 디스플레이 일체형 플렉시블 터치스크린.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이(20)와 촉각센서(30) 사이에는 하중범프(40)가 더 설치되되,상기 하중범프(40)는 전극패턴(31a, 32a, 31a', 32a')과 대향되는 부분에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 촉각센서를 장착한 디스플레이 일체형 플렉시블 터치스크린.

- 상부기판(10)과 디스플레이(20) 사이에 다수의 촉각센서(30)를 배열하여 상기 촉각센서(30)들에서 발생되는 정전용량 또는 접촉저항으로부터 접촉위치 및 접촉력 그리고 멀티터치를 감지하도록 구성하되, 상기 촉각센서(30)는 다수의 힘센서로 구성된 촉각센서를 장착한 디스플레이 일체형 플렉시블 터치스크린의 인식 알고리즘 구현 방법에 관한 것으로서,
