(M)y[−(SiO2)z−AlO2]x・wH2O
ジオポリマー前駆体組成物を以下のようにして調製した。水(12.5グラム)及びケイ酸ナトリウム溶液(37.5グラム)を容器に添加し混合した。クラスFフライアッシュ(162.5グラム)及びケイ砂(50.0グラム)を上記容器の内容物に添加し、毎分700〜900回転で高せん断混合機(L1U08型混合機、LIGHTNIN(登録商標)より入手可能)により混合した。このジオポリマー前駆体組成物は、1.00:2.68のアルミニウムに対するケイ素の比を有していた。
耐火性複合構造体 実施例1を以下のようにして作製した。上記の調製したジオポリマー前駆体組成物をダイに注型し、次に、注型されたジオポリマー前駆体組成物に発泡材料を圧入した。注型されたジオポリマー前駆体組成物を60℃で24時間硬化し、厚さ10ミリメートルの、発泡材料に結合したジオポリマー熱保護層を形成した。上記発泡材料は、The Dow Chemical Companyより入手可能な、VORATHERM(商標)CN604ポリイソシアヌレートシステムを用いて作製された厚さ160ミリメートルのポリイソシアヌレート発泡体であった。厚さ0.3mmのステンレス鋼304板を、非発泡のポリウレタン(FoamFast 74、3M(商標)より入手可能)を用いてジオポリマー熱保護層に貼り付けた。目視において注型ジオポリマーにき裂は観察されなかった。
上記のジオポリマー前駆体組成物をダイに注型し、60℃で24時間硬化した。硬化したジオポリマーを切断して、多数の厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、多数の厚さ3ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、及び多数の厚さ5ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層を形成した。
The Dow Chemical Companyより入手可能な、VORATHERM(商標)CN604ポリイソシアヌレートシステムを用いて作製されたポリイソシアヌレート発泡体である発泡材料を、多数の厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、多数の厚さ21ミリメートルの発泡材料、多数の厚さ59ミリメートルの発泡材料、多数の厚さ65ミリメートルの発泡材料、及び多数の厚さ85ミリメートルの発泡材料に切断した。
耐火性複合構造体 実施例2を以下のようにして作製した。順に、厚さ5ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ21ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ3ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ21ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ3ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ21ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ3ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ21ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ3ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、及び厚さ59ミリメートルの発泡材料を耐熱テープで共に固定した。厚さ0.3mmのステンレス鋼304板を、非発泡のポリウレタン(FoamFast 74、3M(商標)より入手可能)を用いて厚さ5ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層に貼り付けた。
耐火性複合構造体 実施例3を以下のようにして作製した。順に、厚さ5ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、厚さ8ミリメートルの発泡材料、厚さ2ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層、及び厚さ65ミリメートルの発泡材料を耐熱テープで共に固定した。厚さ0.3mmのステンレス鋼304板を、非発泡のポリウレタン(FoamFast 74、3M(商標)より入手可能)を用いて厚さ5ミリメートルのジオポリマー熱保護層に貼り付けた。

Claims (10)
- 発泡材料と、
前記発泡材料に接着されたジオポリマー熱保護層であって、1.0:2.65〜1.0:3.3の範囲のアルミニウムに対するケイ素のモル比を有するジオポリマー前駆体を硬化することにより形成される上記ジオポリマー熱保護層と、
前記ジオポリマー層に接着された表面材と、
を備える耐火性複合構造体。 - 前記ジオポリマー前駆体がアルミノケイ酸塩反応剤及びアルカリ活性化剤を含み、前記アルカリ活性化剤がケイ酸ナトリウムを含む請求項1の構造体。
- 前記アルミノケイ酸塩反応剤が、石炭フライアッシュ、焼成クレー、冶金スラグ、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項2の構造体。
- 前記アルカリ活性化剤が、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されるアルカリ性水酸化物を含む、請求項2の構造体。
- 第1の表面材と第2の表面材との間に位置する発泡材料と、
前記発泡材料と第1の表面材料との間に位置する第1のジオポリマー熱保護層であって、1.0:2.65〜1.0:3.3の範囲のアルミニウムに対するケイ素のモル比を有するジオポリマー前駆体を硬化することにより形成される上記第1のジオポリマー熱保護層と、
前記発泡材料と第2の表面材との間に位置する第2のジオポリマー熱保護層と、
を備える耐火性複合構造体。 - 前記第1のジオポリマー熱保護層が、アルミノケイ酸塩反応剤、アルカリ活性化剤、及び分散媒を有するジオポリマー前駆体組成物を硬化することにより形成される、請求項5の構造体。
- 前記アルミノケイ酸塩反応剤の重量パーセント、前記アルカリ活性化剤の重量パーセント、及び前記分散媒の重量パーセントの合計が組成物重量の100重量パーセントになるようにして、前記アルミノケイ酸塩反応剤が組成物重量の20重量パーセント〜80重量パーセント、前記アルカリ活性化剤が組成物重量の20重量パーセント〜80重量パーセント、及び前記分散媒が組成物重量の20重量パーセント〜80重量パーセントである、請求項6の構造体。
- 前記アルミノケイ酸塩反応剤が、石炭フライアッシュ、焼成クレー、冶金スラグ、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択され、前記アルカリ活性化剤がケイ酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項6または7の構造体。
