Claims (2)
- 密度が3.5〜6.0g/cm3の重量骨材と膨張材30〜80kg/m3を含み、水粉体比率25〜55%、単位容積質量が3.00〜3.80ton/m3、を配合し、スランプフローが40cm以上70cm未満の中・高流動であるコンクリートを型内に充填し、該コンクリートの混練から一定の前置き時間が経過したのち蒸気養生を施すことを特徴としてなる重量コンクリートによるプレキャストコンクリート製品の製造方法。
- 前記蒸気養生は、前置き時間3時間経過後、昇温を20℃/時間とし、70℃以下の温度で3時間保持した後に自然冷却する請求項1に記載の重量コンクリートによるプレキャストコンクリート製品の製造方法。
