Description
図5は実施の形態2のロータリ圧縮機の要部を示す縦断面図である。実施の形態1と同一の機能部材には同じ符号を付して説明を省略する。
上記実施の形態においては、R32または実質的にR32からなる冷媒を用いた場合について説明したが、R32と他の冷媒との混合冷媒であってもよい。例えば、R32冷媒と、炭素と炭素間に2重結合を有するハイドロフルオロオレフィン(例えば、1234yf)との混合冷媒であってもよい。またR32を含む混合冷媒は、R32以外に2種以上の冷媒を含んでもよい。

Claims (5)
- R32を含む冷媒を用い、
密閉容器内に、オイルを貯溜すると共に圧縮要素を収容したロータリ圧縮機であって、
前記圧縮要素は、
偏心部を有するシャフトと、
前記シャフトの回転中心と同心に圧縮室を形成するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの両側面を気密的に閉塞するとともに、前記シャフトを軸支する軸受と、
前記偏心部に装着され、前記シャフトの回転により前記シリンダの内壁に沿って転動するピストンと、
前記ピストンの外周部に接して前記圧縮室を高圧室と低圧室に仕切るベーンと
を備え、
前記軸受の内周面に、
一端が前記圧縮室側となる軸受基部に開口するとともに他端が前記密閉容器内空間側となる軸受端部に開口する油溝を設け、
前記油溝は、前記軸受端部の開口部が、前記軸受基部の開口部よりも前記シャフトの回転方向側に位置する略螺線形状とし、
かつ、前記油溝は、変動荷重を受けて回転した場合の前記偏心部の軸心軌跡により前記軸受に負荷のかからない位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記軸受は、
前記シリンダの上面側を閉塞する主軸受と、
前記シリンダの下面側を閉塞する副軸受と
からなり、
前記油溝を、前記主軸受及び前記副軸受の少なくとも一方に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記油溝を、前記主軸受及び前記副軸受の双方に設け、
前記副軸受に設けた前記油溝の幅を、前記主軸受に設けた前記油溝の幅より広くした
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記油溝を、軸受荷重の作用方向と反対側の軸受面に設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記油溝は、前記軸受基部に設けた前記油溝の幅より、前記軸受端部に設けた前記油溝の幅が広い形状とした
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
