Claims (7)
- 複数の孔を有する第1の管本体と複数の孔を有する第2の管本体とを直列に接続する管の製造方法であって、
接続ピンの一端部を前記第1の管本体の孔の端部に挿入して前記接続ピンの他端部を前記第2の管本体の孔の端部に挿入することで前記第1の管本体と前記第2の管本体とを位置決め連結する工程と、
前記第1の管本体と前記第2の管本体の連結部の外周部及び前記接続ピンが挿入された前記孔の内周部を全周にわたって溶接する工程と、
前記第1の管本体の孔と前記第2の管本体の孔の内部に残存する前記接続ピンを除去する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする管の製造方法。 - 前記第1の管本体の孔と前記第2の管本体の孔の内部に残存する前記接続ピンを前記第1の管本体の孔及び前記第2の管本体の孔と同径寸法に切削加工することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管の製造方法。
- 前記第1の管本体及び前記第2の管本体は、前記各孔の端部に前記孔の内径より大きい嵌合孔が形成される一方、前記接続ピンは、前記第1の管本体及び前記第2の管本体の前記各孔に挿入される一対の挿入部と、前記一対の挿入部の間で前記第1の管本体及び前記第2の管本体の各嵌合孔に嵌合する嵌合部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の管の製造方法。
- 前記第1の管本体と前記第2の管本体の連結部における溶接幅は、前記接続ピンにおける前記嵌合部の長さよりも大きく設定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の管の製造方法。
- 前記接続ピンは、中実に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の管の製造方法。
- 前記第1の管本体及び前記第2の管本体は、外周部側に周方向に所定間隔で複数の外周孔が形成され、前記第1の管本体と前記第2の管本体の連結部の外周部及び前記接続ピンが挿入された前記外周孔の内周部を全周にわたって溶接した後、前記第1の管本体及び前記第2の管本体の中心部を被溶融部まで切削加工することで中心孔を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の管の製造方法。
- 中心孔及び外周孔からなる複数の孔を有する第1の管本体と、中心孔及び外周孔からなる複数の孔を有する第2の管本体とが直列に接続されると共に、前記第1の管本体と前記第2の管本体との接続部に全域にわたって溶融部が設けられることを特徴とする管。
