Description
特許文献2は、光学送信機を備える有価ドキュメントまたはセキュリティドキュメントに関する。視覚的に知覚可能な信号に加え、視覚的に知覚可能でない信号が送信される。
このために、一実施形態では、モノクロ液晶ディスプレイが存在し、その上流に、赤外線フィルターが結合されている。この実施形態では、反射器が備えられ、その前方には、偏光器が配置されている。透明背後電極を備える基板には、液晶層があり、その上には、部分的に、構造化電極があり、この構造化電極は、画像エレメント(ピクセル)を含む。
この実施形態の改良では、カラーの表示がさらに可能である。各画像エレメント(ピクセル)は、各カラー要素の青色、緑色、及び赤色に対する三つのサブピクセルを含む。さらなるサブピクセルが、視覚的に知覚可能でないスペクトル領域内で、機械半読可能な信号を送信する。これらのサブピクセルは、部分的な電極を含み、その前方には、サブピクセルの特性を規定する、対応するカラーフィルターがある。

Claims (14)
- セキュリティドキュメントを形成する多層フィルム体であって、二つのカラーフィルター層と、電気的に制御可能な透過率及び/または電気的に制御可能なカラーを備える少なくとも一つの変化層とを有し、これらの層が、少なくとも部分的に互いに重なり、
前記二つのカラーフィルター層は互いに異なるカラーを有すると共に、前記フィルム体には、前記二つのカラーフィルター層の間に、電気的に制御可能な透過率を備える変化層が配置され、
前記二つのカラーフィルター層のうちの下部のカラーフィルター層が、カラーでパターン状に形成され、前記二つのカラーフィルター層のうちの上部のカラーフィルター層が、全表面に亘り、カラーで均一に形成されること、を特徴とするフィルム体。 - 少なくとも一つの前記変化層が、電界中で整列し得る液晶を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム体。 - 少なくとも一つの前記変化層が、少なくとも一つのPDLC層から形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフィルム体。 - 異なるカラーのパターンエレメントを備えるパターンが、前記下部のカラーフィルター層に形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム体。 - 該フィルム体が、観察者に対して、前記二つのカラーフィルター層及び少なくとも一つの前記変化層の後ろに配置される、反射層を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム体。 - 該フィルム体が、少なくとも一つの不変層を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム体。 - 前記二つのカラーフィルター層の少なくとも一つが、コレステリック液晶層として形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム体。 - 前記変化層の厚みが変化すること、
を特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム体。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも一つのフィルム体と、前記変化層を制御する少なくとも一つのエネルギー源とを備える、セキュリティエレメント。
- 前記エネルギー源が、圧電性物質の層を少なくとも一つ備える圧電性のエネルギー源であること、
を特徴とする請求項9に記載のセキュリティエレメント。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも一つのフィルム体を備える、
セキュリティドキュメント。 - 前記フィルム体が、該セキュリティドキュメントの透明なエリアにおいて、少なくとも部分的に配置されること、
を特徴とする請求項11に記載のセキュリティドキュメント。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも一つのフィルム体を備える転写フィルムであって、少なくとも一つの前記フィルム体が、該転写フィルムのキャリアフィルムに配置され、該キャリアフィルムから剥離可能である、転写フィルム。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも一つの多層フィルム体の製造方法であって、前記フィルム体の前記二つのカラーフィルター層及び/または少なくとも一つの前記変化層が、印刷により、キャリアフィルムに形成される、製造方法。
