Claims (3)
- チューブが挿入されるボディと、
前記ボディの内部に設けられ、前記チューブを前記ボディに対して着脱自在に装着する着脱機構と、
を備える管継手であって、
前記着脱機構は、前記チューブを保持するチャックと、前記チャックに係合する第1ガイド部材と、前記第1ガイド部材の外方に位置し、前記ボディ内で、前記第1ガイド部材を前記ボディに固定する第2ガイド部材と、前記第1ガイド部材の内方に位置し、前記第1ガイド部材に沿って変位自在なリリースブッシュとを含み、
前記チャックは、軸線方向に沿って所定の長さを有する胴部と、前記胴部の一端側にあって該胴部よりも直径が大なる部位を備えた膨出部と、前記膨出部から延在する係止爪と、前記胴部の他端側に設けられたフランジ部と、を有する弾性のある板体により略円筒状に形成され、
さらに、前記チャックは、前記膨出部を経て前記胴部へと延在して等間隔に複数本形成されたスリットを具備し、
1個の前記係止爪は、隣接する2本の前記スリット間の各々に配設されるとともに、一対の刺入部と、前記一対の刺入部間に形成されたストッパ部とを一体的に備え、
前記一対の刺入部は前記ストッパ部よりも先端部が前記チューブ側に突出するとともに、前記ストッパ部は前記チューブの外周面に当接する当接面を有し、
前記ストッパ部は、前記係止爪の、前記一対の刺入部の間であって且つ該一対の刺入部よりも長尺な先端が直径方向外方に折曲された折曲部からなることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項1記載の管継手において、
前記ストッパ部は、前記チューブの外周面に当接する当接面が湾曲面に形成されることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項1又は2記載の管継手において、
前記刺入部は、前記チャックの軸線に対して点対称に複数設けられる
ことを特徴とする管継手。
