Claims (5)
- バルブステムまたはバルブシャフトのうちの1つの機械的完全性の変化を検出するために、前記バルブステムまたは前記バルブシャフトのうちの1つに接続された少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記バルブステムまたは前記バルブシャフトのうちの1つの前記機械的完全性の変化に関するデータを提供するための装置と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、圧電波アクティブセンサまたは圧電セラミック(PZT)センサのうちの1つであり、接着剤、またははんだ付け剤のうちの1つまたは複数により前記バルブステムまたは前記バルブシャフトに取り付けられており、
前記圧電波アクティブセンサまたは前記PZTセンサのうちの1つは、制御要素が接続されている前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムの一方の端部と前記制御要素の反対側の前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムの他方の端部との間における前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムの外側表面に取り付けられており、
前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムに対する前記圧電波アクティブセンサまたは前記PZTセンサのインピーダンスは前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムのインピーダンスに相関され、それにより前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムの機械的完全性の変化を検出する、
制御バルブ監視システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンサはワイヤレスである、請求項1に記載の制御バルブ監視システム。
- 前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムにおける欠陥の常時データ収集および報告のためのメモリおよび電源をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の制御バルブ監視システム。
- 回転シャフト制御バルブのバルブシャフトまたはスライドステム制御バルブのバルブステムの機械的完全性の変化を検出する方法であって、
少なくとも1つのセンサをバルブシャフトまたはバルブステムに組み込むことと、
前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムの疲労を検出することと、

少なくとも1つのセンサをバルブシャフトまたはバルブステムに組み込むことは、前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムの機械的完全性の変化を検出可能するために、制御要素が接続されている前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムの一方の端部と前記制御要素の反対側の前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムの他方の端部との間における前記バルブシャフトまたは前記バルブステムの外側表面に、前記少なくとも1つのセンサを接着またははんだ付けを介して、前記圧電波アクティブセンサまたは前記PZTセンサのうちの1つを取り付けることを含む、
