Claims (12)
- 内燃機関(11)の排ガスシステム(10)における電気部品(2)のための電気的接続(1)であり、前記排ガスシステム(10)は、金属製ジャケット(3)を有し、当該金属製ジャケットを通して電気伝導体(4)は、幾何学的な中心軸(13)を有するブッシング(5)によって電気的に絶縁された仕方で絶縁層(6)を通過し、前記電気伝導体(4)は、横断面(18)において円形である少なくとも1つの外側接続部(7)を有し、そして、給電ライン(15)の接続片(14)に接続するための接触面(8)または前記ブッシング(5)の前記中心軸(13)と同軸である内ねじ山もしくは外ねじ山(9)を有する、電気的接続(1)であって、
少なくとも前記ブッシング(5)または前記電気伝導体(4)は、その円周方向において少なくとも前記接続部(7)または前記内ねじ山もしくは外ねじ山(9)上に作用する最大8Nm(ニュートン・メートル)のトルクに対して前記ブッシング(5)または前記電気伝導体(4)が回転しないように構成されることを特徴とする、電気的接続(1)。 - 内燃機関(11)の排ガスシステム(10)における電気部品(2)のための電気的接続(1)であり、前記排ガスシステム(10)は、金属製ジャケット(3)を有し、当該金属製ジャケットを通して電気伝導体(4)は、ブッシング(5)によって電気的に絶縁された仕方で絶縁層(6)を通過し、前記電気伝導体(4)は、横断面(18)において円形である少なくとも1つの外側接続部(7)を有し、そして、給電ライン(15)の接続片(14)に接続するための接触面(8)または前記ブッシング(5)の前記中心軸(13)と同軸である内ねじ山もしくは外ねじ山(9)を有する、電気的接続(1)であって、
少なくとも前記ブッシング(5)または前記電気伝導体(4)は、その円周方向において少なくとも前記接続部(7)または前記内ねじ山もしくは外ねじ山(9)上に作用する接触面(8)のcm2(平方センチメートル)当たり最大3.6Nm(ニュートン・メートル)のトルクに対して前記ブッシング(5)または前記電気伝導体(4)が回転しないように構成されることを特徴とする、電気的接続(1)。 - 前記電気伝導体(4)は、前記ブッシング(5)の領域において回転トルクに対して回転しないための非回転要素(21、22;31、32;41、42;51;62、71;81、82)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電気的接続(1)。
- 前記電気伝導体(4)は、前記ブッシング(5)の領域において円形形状から逸脱する外側横断面(21)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続(1)。
- 前記電気伝導体(4)は、前記ブッシング(5)の領域において前記電気伝導体の長手方向(19)に延びるか、または外側上にある角度で延びる構造(51)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続(1)。
- 前記ブッシング(5)は、少なくともその形状または内側表面構造に関して、前記電気伝導体(4)の対応する領域に対する嵌合部分として作用して、セラミック絶縁層(6)によってそこから電気的に絶縁されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続(1)。
- 前記電気伝導体(4)は、長手方向における少なくとも1つの構造(41、42)を有し、当該構造は、前記ブッシング(5)の領域において溝(42)および舌(41)の原理にしたがって前記ブッシング(5)と相互作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続(1)。
- 前記電気伝導体(4)は、前記ブッシング(5)の領域において前記ブッシング(5)のガスシール気密を増加させるために円周方向において延びる少なくとも1つの構造(71)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続(1)。
- 前記接続部(7)は、当該接続部が対応して構成される接続片(14)と共に自動ロック式にプラグ接続されることができるように円錐形に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続(1)。
- 前記電気伝導体(4)は、前記円錐形接続部(7)よりも上に外ねじ山(9)を有し、前記接続片(14)を締めつけるためのナット(16)が前記外ねじ山上にねじ留めされることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気的接続(1)。
- 前記電気伝導体(4)は、前記接続片(14)を締めつけるためのねじがねじ留めされることができる内ねじ山を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気的接続(1)。
- 前記電気伝導体(4)は、逆トルクを適用するための対抗する保持手段(17)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続(1)。
