Claims (13)
- 互いに離間して設けられ、その間に形成される第1溝(21)の範囲を決定する2個の第1シール顎部(19、20)を有する第1分枝体(15)と、
前記第1シール顎部(19、20)に設けられたシール電極(25、26)より奥に位置するベース面(23a)であって、壁状拡張部(24)が前記第1分枝体(15)の前記第1シール顎部(19、20)から離れて延出するベース面(23a)を有する、前記溝(21)に設けられたベース(23)を備えた電気絶縁部材からなる切断電極受け(22)と、
端面(32)を露出させた状態で前記切断電極受け(22)に埋め込まれた切断電極(31)と、
互いに離間して設けられ、その間に形成される第2溝(38)の範囲を決定する2個の第2シール顎部(36、37)を有する第2分枝体(16)とを備え、
前記分枝体(15、16)は、開閉するように、移動方向(B)において互いに近づく方向および離れる方向に可動であり、
前記切断電極(31)に対する、前記第2溝(38)に設けられたカウンターベアリング(42)を備え、当該カウンターベアリング(42)は、前記分枝体(15、16)が閉じられたときに前記第2シール顎部(36、37)のシール電極(39、40)より奥に位置する組織支持面(44)を有し、
前記分枝体(15、16)が閉じられると、前記移動方向(B)において、前記カウンターベアリング(42)の組織支持面(44)と前記ベース(23)のベース面(23a)との間、また、前記移動方向(B)に対する横方向において、前記壁状拡張部(24)と前記第1シール顎部(19、20)との間、および、前記壁状拡張部(24)と前記第2シール顎部(36、37)との間に組織受け部(53、54)が形成され、
前記組織受け部(53、54)は、前記ベース(23)と前記カウンターベアリング(42)の前記組織支持面(44)との間で垂直方向の大きさが決定され、
前記組織受け部(53、54)は、前記壁状拡張部(24)と前記第1シール顎部(19、20)及び前記第2シール顎部(36、37)との間の距離で決定される水平拡張(H)を有し、
前記ベース面(23a)はそれぞれ、前記第1シール顎部(19、20)から前記壁状拡張部(24)まで延在しており、
前記組織支持面(44)は、生体組織(30)に対する支持面となり、
前記第1シール顎部(19、20)及び前記第2シール顎部(36、37)と前記切断電極(31)とは同時に電力供給され、
前記組織受け部(53、54)は、第1分枝体(15)内に延在し、かつ、第2分枝体(16)内に延在し、
前記シール電極(25、26;39、40)は、前記水平拡張(H)よりも狭く、
前記シール顎部(19、36;20、37)の断面外形は、前記組織受け部(53、54)側へ丸みを帯びている

請求項1に記載の手術器具。 - 前記組織受け部(53、54)において、前記移動方向(B)に対して横方向に測定される、前記壁状拡張部(24)と前記シール顎部(19、36;20、37)の間の幅(H)は、同じ方向(H)に測定される前記壁状拡張部(24)の厚みよりも大きい
請求項1または2に記載の手術器具。 - 前記シール顎部(19、36;20、37)はペアでそれぞれシール隙間(45、46)を規定する
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。 - 2個のシール顎部(19、36;20、37)からなるペアそれぞれで形成された前記シール隙間(45、46)によって鈍角(s)を共に規定する
請求項4に記載の手術器具。 - 前記鈍角(s)の頂点(S)は、前記切断電極(31)の方を向いている
請求項5に記載の手術器具。 - 前記シール顎部(19、36;20、37)はそれぞれ、1列に配置されたシール電極(25、26、39、40)の間に位置する絶縁領域(27、28、61、62)を少なくとも1つ有する
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。 - 各シール顎部(19、20;36、37)の前記シール電極(25、26;39、40)は、電気的に相互接続されている
請求項7に記載の手術器具。 - ペアで互いに対向して配置された前記シール顎部(19、36;20、37)のシール電極(25、26;39、40)は、重なり合わないように配置される
請求項7に記載の手術器具。 - 前記切断電極受け(22)は、セラミックまたはプラスチックで構成される
請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。 - 前記切断電極(31)は、複数の固定用拡張部(56、57)を用いて前記切断電極受け(22)に固定される、前記端面(32)を露出する途切れのない帯状のものである
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。 - 前記切断電極(31)は、複数の弾性脚部(59)を用いて前記切断電極受け(22)に固定される、前記端面(32)を露出する途切れのない帯状のものである
請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。 - 前記切断電極受け(22)が前記第1溝(21)に固定的に設けられ、かつ、前記カウンターベアリング(42)が前記第2溝(38)に可動的に設けられる、または、前記切断電極受け(22)が前記第1溝(21)に可動的に設けられ、かつ、前記カウンターベアリング(42)が前記第2溝(38)に固定的に、もしくは、可動的に設けられる
請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
