Claims (10)
- 生体組織の把持、凝固および切開用器具(12)であって、
少なくとも1つのシール電極(27、28)が設けられた第1枝状体(18)を備え、
少なくとも1つの第2のシール電極(33、34)が設けられた第2枝状体(19)を備え、
前記枝状体(18、19)のうちの少なくとも一方が、前記枝状体(18、19)を互いに接離するよう可動的に配置されており、
前記枝状体(18、19)の一方に配置されている切断電極(26)を備え、
前記枝状体(18、19)の他方に配置され、弾性材料からなり、前記切断電極(26)と対向する組織支持面(36)を有するカウンターベアリング(35)を備え、
カウンターベアリング(35)が、前記組織支持面(36)と背向する溝部として構成される少なくとも1つの第1凹部(37)、および/または、少なくとも1つの中空チャンバ(63)を有し、
前記第1凹部(37)は、前記組織支持面(36)を支持する底面(46)と傾斜している壁(44、45)とによって定められる台形断面を有し、
前記中空チャンバ(63)は、台形断面を有し、
前記溝部の断面は、その底面(46)へ向かって細くなっており、
前記カウンターベアリング(35)は、さらに、前記第1凹部(37)とは異なる少なくとも1つの第2凹部(49〜51、51a)を備え、
