Abstract
Description
一方、θ1が40°を超えると、小さな開き角度で弁体52による流出口23に向けた液体Lの転向作用が得られるため、弁箱本体14の長さ寸法を小さくして、フート弁5の小型化を図ることができるものの、ポンプ2の停止時における自重に由来する弁体52の閉じ作用が期待できず、フート弁5の動作安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。尤も、上記不具合は押さえばね94の付勢力を大きくすることが解決できるが、その場合には、弁体52の最低作動圧力が大きくなる不利がある。

Claims (8)
- 下方側に開設された流入口(21)と、側方側に開設された流出口(23)と、上方側に開設された出入用孔(20)とを備え、内部に流入口(21)から流出口(23)に向かう屈曲状の弁室(49)を有する弁箱本体(14)と、
出入用孔(20)を封止するように、弁箱本体(14)に対して着脱可能に構成された蓋体(15)と、
中央部に弁口(50)を備える弁座(51)と、
弁口(50)を開放する開姿勢と、弁口(50)を閉止する閉姿勢との間で姿勢変更可能に構成された弁体(52)と、
弁体(52)を開姿勢と閉姿勢との間で揺動可能に支持するヒンジ機構(53)と、
を備えるアングル型逆止弁であって、
弁座(51)、弁体(52)、およびヒンジ機構(53)が一体的に組み立てられた弁ユニット(54)としてユニット部品化されており、この弁ユニット(54)が弁箱本体(14)内に設けられたユニット装着部(102)に着脱可能に構成されており、
蓋体(15)の出入用孔(20)への装着動作に応じて、弁ユニット(54)の下面をユニット装着部(102)に押し付ける方向の押圧力を発揮する押圧具(120)が設けられていることを特徴とするアングル型逆止弁。 - ヒンジ機構(53)が、ヒンジ軸(93)と、弁体(52)を閉姿勢に付勢する付勢部材(94)とを含み、
押圧具(120)が、ヒンジ軸(93)まわりの弁体(52)の揺動軌跡を避けて弁ユニット(54)の上面から上方に向かって立設された柱体(121)を含み、
出入用孔(20)に対して蓋体(15)を装着したときに、押圧具(120)の上端部が蓋体(15)の下面に接触して、押圧具(120)が下方に向かって押し下げられることにより、弁ユニット(54)の下面がユニット装着部(102)に押し付けられるように構成されている、請求項1記載のアングル型逆止弁。
- 押圧具(120)が、蓋体(15)の下面に接触する弾性体(123)を含み、
出入用孔(20)に対して蓋体(15)を装着したときに、弾性体(123)を介して柱体(121)が下方に向かって押し下げられるように構成されている、請求項2記載のアングル型逆止弁。 - 押圧具(120)が、弁座(51)の上面から上方に向かって立設された2本の柱体(121・121)と、これら柱体(121・121)の上端部の間に架設された梁体(122)とを備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のアングル型逆止弁。
- ユニット装着部(102)と弁ユニット(54)との間に、弁ユニット(54)のユニット装着部(102)に対する組み付け姿勢を規定するための係合規制構造(110)が設けられている、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のアングル型逆止弁。
- ユニット装着部(102)が、中央部に流入口(21)が開設された上向きの取付面(103)と、取付面(103)を囲むように立設された装着壁(104)とで構成されており、
係合規制構造(110)が、弁箱本体(14)の内周面から内向きに突設された突部(111)と、弁ユニット(54)の弁座(51)の外周面に切り欠き形成されて突部(111)を受け入れる凹欠部(112)とで構成されている、請求項5に記載のアングル型逆止弁。 - 装着壁(104)の内周面(108)と弁座(51)の外周面(109)との間に、弾性体からなるリング状のシール材(106)が配されており、
シール材(106)の内周面(108)が上拡がりのテーパー状に形成され、弁座(51)の外周面(109)が下窄まりのテーパー状に形成されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のアングル型逆止弁。 - 弁箱本体(14)が、上端側に出入用孔(20)を有し、下端側に流入口(21)を有する円筒形に形成されており、筒壁(22)の右方に流出口(23)が開設されており、
弁箱本体(14)が、その上端側が左斜め上方に指向し、下端側が右斜め下方に指向する傾斜姿勢に形成されており、
弁箱本体(14)の下方には鉛直方向に伸びる流入筒(17)が設けられ、弁箱本体(14)の右方には右水平方向に伸びる流出筒(18)が設けられており、
弁箱本体(14)を構成する筒壁(22)の左下端部に、弁ユニット(54)の交換時に弁室(49)内の流体を排出するための流体排出孔(132)が形成されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のアングル型逆止弁。
