Description
Claims (12)
- ステータコアの外周面を囲んで設けられ、前記ステータコアを支持するリング状の締結バンドと、
中空を有し、前記締結バンドが前記中空を貫通することによって前記締結バンドの外周方向に沿って移動可能に前記締結バンドと結合される複数の支持ブロックと、
前記締結バンドの内周面に設けられ、前記複数の支持ブロックに結合され、かつ前記ステータコアと結合される複数のキーバー(key bar)と、
前記締結バンドに連結され、前記ステータコアの直径方向および外周方向の少なくともいずれかの振動を低減する複数の弾性部と、
前記複数の弾性部が結合支持されるセクションプレートと、
を備え、
前記締結バンドは、直径が拡張可能であり、
前記複数の支持ブロックと前記複数の弾性部とは、交互に配置される、発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。 - 前記ステータコアの長さに応じて、前記複数のキーバーおよび前記複数の弾性部の個数が可変する、請求項1に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
- 前記複数のキーバーは、隣り合うキーバーとの間隔が調節可能に設けられる、請求項1または2に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
- 前記複数の弾性部は、隣り合う弾性部との間隔が調節可能に設けられる、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
- 前記複数の弾性部は、前記セクションプレートの内周面に結合されるプレート結合部と、前記締結バンドの外周面に結合されるバンド結合部とを有する、請求項4に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
- 前記複数の弾性部は、前記ステータコアの外径に応じて、前記プレート結合部の長さが可変する、請求項5に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
- 前記セクションプレートを複数備え、
前記複数のセクションプレートは、前記ステータコアの換気構造に応じて、空気または水素ガスの流入部および排出部を区画する、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。 - 前記弾性部は、前記複数のセクションプレートそれぞれに設けられる、請求項7に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
- 前記弾性部は、前記複数のセクションプレートに選択的に設けられる、請求項7に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
- 前記ステータコアの長さが増加すると、前記キーバーおよび前記弾性部の個数を増加させる、請求項2に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
- 前記ステータコアの長さが減少すると、前記キーバーおよび前記弾性部の個数を減少させる、請求項2に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
- 前記複数の弾性部が、前記締結バンドの外側に配置される、請求項1から11の何れか1項に記載の発電機用ステータコアの振動防止装置。
