Description
少なくとも1つの第1の電気接続端子を有する少なくとも1つの第1のバッテリモジュールと、少なくとも1つの第2の電気接続端子を有する少なくとも1つの第2のバッテリモジュールとをバッテリハウジング内に導入するステップと、
第1のバッテリモジュールおよび第2のバッテリモジュールをバッテリハウジングに固定するステップと、
導電性要素によって第1の電気接続端子が第2の電気接続端子に導電接続されるように、少なくとも1つの導電性要素をバッテリハウジング内に挿入するステップと
が設けられる。
少なくとも1つの第1の電気接続端子16を有する少なくとも1つの第1のバッテリモジュール10と、少なくとも1つの第2の電気接続端子18を有する少なくとも1つの第2のバッテリモジュール12とをバッテリハウジング14内に導入するステップと、
第1のバッテリモジュール10および第2のバッテリモジュール12をバッテリハウジング14に固定するステップと、
導電性要素22によって第1の電気接続端子16が第2の電気接続端子18に導電接続されるように、少なくとも1つの導電性要素22をバッテリハウジング14内に挿入するステップと
によって特徴付けられる。

Claims (9)
- 自動車用のバッテリユニットを含むバッテリユニット(1)であって、バッテリハウジング(14)内に少なくとも1つの第1のバッテリモジュール(10)と少なくとも1つの第2のバッテリモジュール(12)を有し、前記第1のバッテリモジュール(10)が少なくとも1つの第1の電気接続端子(16)を有し、前記第2のバッテリモジュール(12)が少なくとも1つの第2の電気接続端子(18)を有し、
前記バッテリハウジング(14)が開口(20)を有し、前記開口(20)を通して導電性要素(22)を挿入することができ、前記導電性要素(22)が前記バッテリハウジング(14)内に導入されるときに前記第1の電気接続端子(16)が前記第2の電気接続端子(18)に導電接続されており、
前記導電性要素(22)はレールであり、前記開口(20)は前記レールを挿入及び案内するためのものであり、前記開口を通して挿入された前記レールに前記第1の電気接続端子(16)と前記第2の電気接続端子(18)とがそれぞれ電気的接続されて、両端子間が互いに導電接続されており、
絶縁要素(26)は前記導電性要素(22)の第1の端部(24)に配置され、
前記前記導電性要素(22)が前記バッテリハウジング(14)内に導入された後の状態が、
前記第1の端部(24)が前記バッテリハウジング(14)から外側へ突出していると共に、前記絶縁要素(26)は前記第1の端部(24)の端部を覆うようにして、前記バッテリハウジング(14)のハウジング表面(28)に当接している、ことを特徴とするバッテリユニット(1)。 - 前記導電性要素(22)が金属レールである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記バッテリハウジング(14)が、前記バッテリハウジング(14)の内部に少なくとも1つの案内要素(32)を有し、前記案内要素(32)によって前記導電性要素(22)を前記バッテリハウジング(14)内部で案内することができる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記案内要素(32)は、前記導電性要素(22)が前記バッテリハウジング(14)内に導入されるときに前記導電性要素(22)がインターロック式に配置されるように設計される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記第1のバッテリモジュール(10)と前記第2のバッテリモジュール(12)が、1つの段に互いに並べて配置され、前記導電性要素(22)が導入されることによって、前記第1の電気接続端子(16)と前記第2の電気接続端子(18)が同じ電位に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記バッテリハウジング(14)が電気絶縁設計である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記バッテリハウジング(14)が、少なくとも1つの保持要素(34)を有し、前記保持要素(34)によって、前記第1のバッテリモジュール(10)および/または前記第2のバッテリモジュール(12)が前記バッテリハウジング(14)に嵌合い式および/またはインターロック式に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記バッテリハウジング(14)が第1の極(36)と第2の極(38)を有し、前記第1の極(36)と前記第2の極(38)で電圧を取り出すことができる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記導電性要素(22)が導入されるときに、前記第1の電気接続端子(16)または前記第2の電気接続端子(18)が前記第1の極(36)または前記第2の極(38)に導電接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリユニット。
