Description
図1は本発明に係る釣竿の一例を示した全体図である。本実施形態の釣竿1は、外ガイド付きの継式釣竿であり、元竿杆10と、複数の中竿杆(2本の中竿杆)11a,11bと、穂先竿杆12とが振出式に継ぎ合わされた構成となっている。
本実施形態の穂先竿杆12は、全体が断面円形の中実状に構成されて、中竿杆11aに嵌入される構成となっており、穂先竿杆12が穂先を構成している。この穂先竿杆12は、後述するように、マトリクス樹脂に強化材となる短繊維を分散させた複合材として構成されており、撓み性に優れるとともに、変位した際に折れ難い(破損し難い)性質を備えている。
なお、上記したような構造を有する穂先竿杆12については、図3及び図5に模式的に示した状態において、どちらが穂先側になっていても良い。

Claims (3)
- 繊維強化樹脂製の中実状の穂先竿杆を有する釣竿において、
前記穂先竿杆は、平均繊維径が3μm〜15μm、平均繊維長さが0.5mm〜10mmの短繊維を3〜50wt%の含有量でマトリクス樹脂材に分散して形成されると共に、軸長方向に沿って中心軸に対して傾斜する方向に配向した前記短繊維の割合が多い傾斜配向繊維層を有することを特徴とする釣竿。 - 前記穂先竿杆は、更に、軸長方向に配向した短繊維の割合が多い層、及び、異方状態の短繊維の割合が多い層を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の釣竿。
- 前記異方状態の短繊維の割合が多い層が中心領域に配設され、その外層に前記傾斜配向繊維層、更にその外層に前記軸長方向に配向した短繊維の割合が多い層が配設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の釣竿。
