Description
Claims (20)
- 第1の熱伝導率によって特徴付けられる実質的に円形の装着構造体と、
前記装着構造体に装着される焦点面アレイと、
前記装着構造体に結合される光学系と、
前記装着構造体の周囲に熱的に結合され、これを巻回する可撓性を有する電気的加熱素子と、
前記装着構造体に結合され、前記第1の熱伝導率よりも低い第2の熱伝導率によって特徴付けられる熱絶縁体と、
を備え、
前記装着構造体は、前記熱絶縁体により、筐体から空間的に分離される熱撮像システム。 - 前記装着構造体が金属材料を備え、前記熱絶縁体がプラスチック材料を備える、請求項1に記載の熱撮像システム。
- 前記金属材料がアルミニウム材料を含む、請求項2に記載の熱撮像システム。
- 前記光学系がゲルマニウムレンズを備える、請求項1に記載の熱撮像システム。
- 802.3af パワーオーバイーサネット(登録商標)(PoE)標準規格に準拠する、請求項1に記載の熱撮像システム。
- 前記プラスチック材料がポリカーボネート熱可塑性樹脂を含む、請求項2に記載の熱撮像システム。
- 前記熱絶縁体の外径が前記装着構造体の外径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の熱撮像システム。
- 筐体と、
多素子前面カバーであって、
前記筐体に接合されて第1の熱伝導率を有する熱ダムと、
前記熱ダムに接合され、前記筐体から空間的に離間されるとともに、前記第1の熱伝導率よりも高い第2の熱伝導率によって特徴付けられる実質的に円形の装着構造体と、
を備える多素子前面カバーと、
前記装着構造体の周囲に熱的に結合され、これを巻回する可撓性を有する電気的加熱素子と、
前記装着構造体に装着される赤外線撮像体と、
前記装着構造体に装着される前面ウィンドウと、
を含むサーマルカメラ。 - 前記サーマルカメラが802.3af パワーオーバイーサネット(登録商標)(PoE)標準規格に準拠する、請求項8に記載のサーマルカメラ。
- 前記筐体がイングレスプロテクションコード66(IP66)に適合する、請求項8に記載のサーマルカメラ。
- 前記熱ダムがプラスチック材料を備える、請求項8に記載のサーマルカメラ。
- 前記装着構造体がアルミニウムを備える、請求項8に記載のサーマルカメラ。
- 前記赤外線撮像体が焦点面アレイを備える、請求項8に記載のサーマルカメラ。
- 前記前面ウィンドウが光学素子を備える、請求項8に記載のサーマルカメラ。
- 前記光学素子がゲルマニウムレンズを備える、請求項14に記載のサーマルカメラ。
- 前記装着構造体が前記光学素子を周方向に取り囲む、請求項14に記載のサーマルカメラ。
- 熱撮像システムを動作させる方法において、
筐体内に配置されるサーマルカメラを用意するステップであって、前記サーマルカメラが、
焦点面アレイを支持するように動作可能な、実質的に円形の装着構造体と、
前記装着構造体を前記筐体から空間的に離間させる熱絶縁体と、
前記装着構造体の周囲に熱的に結合され、これを巻回する電気的加熱素子と、
前記装着構造体に結合される前面ウィンドウと、
を含むステップと、
802.3af パワーオーバイーサネット(登録商標)(PoE)標準規格に準拠して電力を前記熱撮像システムへ供給するステップと、
周囲温度が閾値温度以下であることを判定するステップと、
前記電気的加熱素子を加熱するステップと、
熱を前記電気的加熱素子から前記焦点面アレイおよび前記前面ウィンドウに伝導するステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記閾値温度が−40℃〜+65℃の範囲である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記熱絶縁体が、前記装着構造体の外径よりも大きい外径によって特徴付けられる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記電気的加熱素子は可撓性を有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
