Claims (5)
- 油圧で作動される入力側の歯車部および出力側の歯車部を有するCVTを駆動するCVT駆動装置において、
前記CVT駆動装置は、前記入力側の歯車部のための第1の閉ループ制御回路およびゼ前記出力側の歯車部のための第2の閉ループ制御回路を有し、
前記第1の閉ループ制御回路は、前記入力側の歯車部のための油圧的な作動圧力を形成する第1の方向制御弁と、前記第1の方向制御弁と前記入力側の歯車部との間の実際の前記油圧的な作動圧力を検出する第1の圧力センサと、検出された前記油圧的な作動圧力を用いて前記第1の方向制御弁を制御する第1の制御アルゴリズムを有する制御素子と、を含み、
前記第2の閉ループ制御回路は、前記出力側の歯車部のための油圧的な作動圧力を形成する第2の方向制御弁と、前記第2の方向制御弁と前記出力側の歯車部との間の実際の油圧的な作動圧力を検出する第2の圧力センサと、当該第2の圧力センサによって検出された油圧的な作動圧力を用いて前記第2の方向制御弁を制御する第2の制御アルゴリズムを有する制御素子と、を含む、CVT駆動装置。 - 前記第1の閉ループ制御回路および前記第2の閉ループ制御回路は、共通の前記制御素子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のCVT駆動装置。
- 前記入力側の歯車部および前記出力側の歯車部は、それぞれ1対の円錐ベルト車を含み、油圧的作動によって、2つの前記円錐ベルト車間の間隔が変更されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のCVT駆動装置。
- 前記第1の方向制御弁および/または前記第2の方向制御弁は、スプール弁であり、
前記スプール弁の弁スプールは、一方はばねにより、他方は電磁石により力が加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のCVT駆動装置。 - 前記第1の方向制御弁および/または前記第2の方向制御弁は、3ポート方向制御弁であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のCVT駆動装置。
