Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、油圧で作動される少なくとも1つの歯車部(14、16)を有するCVT(12)を駆動する装置(10)において、装置(10)は、歯車部(14、16)のための油圧的な作動圧力(28、30)に影響を与える方向制御弁(24、26)と、実際の油圧的な作動圧力(28、30)を特徴づける変数を検出する検出素子(46、48)と、検出された変数を用いて方向制御弁(24、26)を制御する制御アルゴリズムを有する制御素子(50)と、を含む閉ループ制御回路を有するCVT駆動装置(10)に関する。

Claims (7)
- 油圧で作動される少なくとも1つの歯車部を有するCVTを駆動するCVT駆動装置において、
前記CVT駆動装置は、
前記歯車部のための油圧的な作動圧力に影響を与える方向制御弁と、
実際の前記油圧的な作動圧力を特徴づける変数を検出する検出素子と、
前記検出された変数を用いて前記方向制御弁を制御する制御アルゴリズムを有する制御素子と、
を含む閉ループ制御回路を有することを特徴とする、CVT駆動装置。 - 前記検出素子は圧力センサを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のCVT駆動装置。
- 前記CVT駆動装置は、入力側の歯車部のための第1の閉ループ制御回路と、出力側の歯車部のための第2の閉ループ制御回路と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のCVT駆動装置。
- 2つの制御回路は、共通の前記制御素子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のCVT駆動装置。
- 前記歯車部は1対の円錐ベルト車を含み、前記油圧的作動によって、前記2つの円錐ベルト車間の間隔が変更されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のCVT駆動装置。
- 前記方向制御弁はスプール弁であり、
前記スプール弁の弁スプールは、一方はばねにより、他方は電磁石により力が加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のCVT駆動装置。 - 前記方向制御弁は3ポート方向制御弁であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のCVT駆動装置。
