Description
(I)塊状化して大きくなった耐火物粉は溶解しにくくなる。
(II)精錬処理の副原料は、転炉などの溶融鉄収容器の上方に設置されているホッパー(投入装置)から、溶融鉄収容器に投入される。塊状化した耐火物粉をホッパーに入れると、該ホッパーで耐火物粉が詰まるおそれがある。
(III)投入する耐火物粉のうち、スラグとなって溶融鉄上に残存する割合(歩留り)[%]が高位ではない。
Claims (1)
- 製鉄所で使用されていた耐火物を溶融鉄の精錬処理に再利用する方法であって、
前記耐火物を粉砕して、前記精錬処理で溶解可能なサイズとなる耐火物粉を生成し、前記耐火物粉を保管し、
保管された耐火物粉を、前記精錬処理で用いられる溶融鉄収容器に設置されている投入装置を通過可能なサイズとする篩いで分級し、
篩下の耐火物粉を前記投入装置に入れることで前記溶融鉄収容器に投入し、次いで、該溶融鉄収容器に溶融鉄を装入し、該溶融鉄の精錬処理を行うことを特徴とする耐火物の再利用方法。
