Description
Claims (1)
- 作動流体を圧縮する圧縮機構部と、圧縮された前記作動流体が吐出される吐出孔を開閉する吐出弁装置とを有し、
前記吐出弁装置は、一端が前記吐出孔が形成された吐出孔形成部材に固定されて他端に前記吐出孔を開閉する弁頭部が形成されたリード弁と、前記吐出孔形成部材に形成されて前記吐出孔の周囲を囲む環状の弁座とを有する圧縮機の製造方法において、
円弧の中心が前記弁座の中心と同心の円弧状側壁を前記吐出孔形成部材に形成する工程と、
前記円弧状側壁に当接させて位置決めした取付治具を用いて前記リード弁を位置決めする工程と、
前記取付治具により位置決めされた前記リード弁を固定する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする圧縮機の製造方法。
