Description
Claims (14)
- 第1の導管を第2の導管に連結し、低温媒体の媒体通路を開放又は封鎖する導管継手であって、
第1の導管の経路に配置される第1の継手半部分(1)であって、外側連結用溝(13)を有する第1の管状ハウジング(10)と、通常は前記媒体通路を封鎖するが押し開けることができる、ばね付勢弁ディスク(21)を有するポペット弁(20)とを備える、第1の継手半部分(1)と、
第2の導管の経路に配置される第2の継手半部分(2)であって、管状ジャケットハウジング(31)と、鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)と、弁ハウジング(33)とを有する第2の3部品構成ハウジング(30)と、通常は、前記弁ハウジング(33)の軸方向環状間隙を通る媒体通路を封鎖するが、前記鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)によって変位されると前記媒体通路を開けた状態にする、弁ステム(41)及び弁ピストン(410)を備えるステム駆動弁(40)とを備え、前記連結用溝(13)に連結用ピン(37)を係合及び係合解除し、カム溝(38)を回転させて、それにより前記弁ステム(41)のステムピン(42)を駆動して前記弁ステムが前記ステム駆動弁(40)を開閉し、前記第1の継手半部分(1)の前記ポペット弁(20)を作動させるために、前記鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)は種々の回転位置を取ることができる、第2の継手半部分(2)と、
前記弁ピストンの部材として、前記弁ハウジング(33)と前記弁ピストン(410)との間の前記軸方向環状間隙を前記鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)の前記位置に応じて開閉するように適合された、第1のスプレッドリップシール(51)と、
を備える、導管継手。 - 前記第1の管状ハウジング(10)は第1の軸方向の環状内面(15)を有する径方向連結用フランジ(14)を備え、前記第2の継手半部分(2)の前記弁ハウジング(33)は第1の軸方向フランジ端を有し、該第1の軸方向フランジ端は、前記第1の軸方向の環状内面(15)と協働するのに好適な第2のスプレッドリップシール(52)を有する、請求項1に記載の導管継手。
- 前記鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)は第2の軸方向の環状内面を有し、前記弁ハウジング(33)は第2の軸方向フランジ端を有し、該第2の軸方向フランジ端は、前記第2の軸方向の環状内面と協働するのに好適な第3のスプレッドリップシール(53)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の導管継手。
- 前記管状ジャケットハウジング(31)は第3の軸方向の環状内面を有し、前記鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)は、第4のスプレッドリップシール(54)を有する環状外面を有し、前記第4のスプレッドリップシール(54)は前記第3の軸方向の環状内面と協働する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の導管継手。
- リングシール(55)が前記弁ピストンに、前記第1のスプレッドリップシール(51)に対して平行に配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の導管継手。
- 前記第1の継手半部分(1)の前記ばね付勢弁ディスク(21)は円錐形プレスリップシール(22)を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の導管継手。
- ハンドホイール(45)が前記鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)に取り付けられ、前記連結用ピン(37)を前記連結用溝(13)に係合させること及び前記鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)を前記第1の管状ハウジング(10)に対して回転させることによって、前記継手半部分を係止する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の導管継手。
- 前記カム溝(38)は螺旋状溝である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の導管継手。
- 前記ステムピン(42)はローラーが設けられたシャフトとして形成され、該シャフトは前記弁ステム(41)の動作方向に対して横方向に配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の導管継手。
- 前記鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)は、より大きい直径のリング部(35)及びより小さい直径の管状部(36)を有している、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の導管継手。
- 前記鐘形駆動ハウジング(32)の前記リング部(35)の内面及び前記管状部(36)の外面には、それぞれ遮熱コーティングが設けられている、請求項10に記載の導管継手。
- 前記第1の管状ハウジング(10)と前記ポペット弁(20)とが押し開けられることにより、少なくとも1つの第1の対向面領域を確定する環状間隙が形成され、前記第2の継手半部分(2)の前記弁ハウジング(33)と前記弁ピストン(410)とが変位することにより、摩擦低減ライニングを備えた第2の対向面領域を確定する前記軸方向環状間隙が形成される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の導管継手。
- 前記摩擦低減ライニングは、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含有するコーティングを含む、請求項12に記載の導管継手。
- 前記第1の継手半部分(1)の前記第1の管状ハウジング(10)には、遮熱コーティング(11)が設けられている、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の導管継手。
