Description
内視鏡と、
少なくとも1つの自由度を有するマニピュレータと、
マニピュレータの外周に設置される可撓性を有する筒状のシースと、
シース内に挿通される処置具と、
内視鏡及びマニピュレータをそれぞれ独立して操作する内視鏡・マニピュレータ操作部と、
を備えることを特徴とする。
内視鏡及びマニピュレータをそれぞれ独立して制御する内視鏡・マニピュレータ制御部を有し、
内視鏡・マニピュレータ操作部は、内視鏡操作部と、マニピュレータ操作部と、をそれぞれ別体に有し、
内視鏡・マニピュレータ制御部は、内視鏡制御部と、マニピュレータ制御部と、をそれぞれ別体に有する
マニピュレータとシースを接続する第1接続部材と、
第1接続部に隣り合いマニピュレータとシースを接続する第2接続部材と、
を備え、
隣り合う第1接続部材と第2接続部材の間に設置されたシースの長さは、隣り合う第1接続部材と第2接続部材の間のマニピュレータの軸方向に沿った長さよりも長い。
第1接続部材又は第2接続部材は、マニピュレータとシースとを相対的に移動可能に接続する。
第1接続部材又は第2接続部材の移動を所定の位置で停止させて規制する移動規制部を備える。
前記シースに対して進退可能な前記処置具を所定の位置で一時的に固定する固定機構を備える
マニピュレータは、医療処置を行うエンドエフェクタを有する。
処置具とエンドエフェクタは、それぞれ独立して操作可能である。
処置具はマニピュレータを一時的に固定可能であり、
マニピュレータは処置具を一時的に固定可能である。
医療装置を制御するシステム制御部と、
内視鏡により取得された画像を表示する表示部と、
を備え、
システム制御部は、内視鏡により取得された画像を表示部に表示させる
ことを特徴とする。
内視鏡2にシース4を設置する場合と比較して、マニピュレータ3に処置具5を挿通したシース4を設置し、内視鏡2又はマニピュレータ3を操作することで、内視鏡2の視野内に処置具5を容易に配置させることができ、操作性を向上させることが可能となる。

Claims (7)
- 内視鏡と、
少なくとも1つの自由度を有するマニピュレータと、
前記マニピュレータの外周に設置される可撓性を有する筒状のシースと、
前記シース内に挿通される処置具と、
前記内視鏡及び前記マニピュレータをそれぞれ独立して操作する内視鏡・マニピュレータ操作部と、
前記マニピュレータと前記シースを接続する第1接続部材と、
前記第1接続部材に隣り合い前記マニピュレータと前記シースを接続する第2接続部材と、
前記第1接続部材又は前記第2接続部材の移動を所定の位置で停止させて規制する移動規制部と、
を備え、
隣り合う前記第1接続部材と前記第2接続部材の間に設置された前記シースの長さは、隣り合う前記第1接続部材と前記第2接続部材の間の前記マニピュレータの軸方向に沿った長さよりも長く、
前記第1接続部材又は前記第2接続部材は、前記マニピュレータと前記シースとを相対的に移動可能に接続する
医療装置。 - 前記内視鏡及び前記マニピュレータをそれぞれ独立して制御する内視鏡・マニピュレータ制御部を有し、
前記内視鏡・マニピュレータ操作部は、内視鏡操作部と、マニピュレータ操作部と、をそれぞれ別体に有し、

請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記シースに対して進退可能な前記処置具を所定の位置で一時的に固定する固定機構を備える
請求項1又は2に記載の医療装置。 - 前記マニピュレータは、医療処置を行うエンドエフェクタを有する
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の医療装置。 - 前記処置具と前記エンドエフェクタは、それぞれ独立して操作可能である
請求項4に記載の医療装置。 - 前記処置具は前記マニピュレータを一時的に固定可能であり、
前記マニピュレータは前記処置具を一時的に固定可能である
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の医療装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の医療装置を制御するシステム制御部と、
前記内視鏡により取得された画像を表示する表示部と、
を備え、
前記システム制御部は、前記内視鏡により取得された画像を前記表示部に表示させる
ことを特徴とする医療システム。
