Description
−少なくとも1つのポリエステルと、
−少なくとも1つのヒンダードアミン化合物と、
−ホスフィットエステル、ホスホニトおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つのリン化合物とを含むポリマー組成物に関する。
ポリエステル
用語「ポリエステル」は、(一般に式:R−(C=O)−ORによって記述される)少なくとも1つのエステル部分を含む反復単位を少なくとも50モル%、好ましくは少なくとも85モル%で含むポリマーを意味することが意図される。ポリエステルは、少なくとも1つのエステル部分を含む環状モノマー(MA)の開環重合によって、少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基および少なくとも1つのカルボン酸基を含むモノマー(MB)の重縮合によって、または少なくとも2つのヒドロキシル基を含む少なくとも1つのモノマー(MC)(ジオール)および少なくとも2つのカルボン酸基を含む少なくとも1つのモノマー(MD)(ジカルボン酸)の重縮合によって得られる。
本発明によるポリマー組成物は、ポリエステルの他に、少なくとも1つのヒンダードアミン化合物を含む。
本発明によるポリマー組成物は、ポリエステルおよび少なくとも1つのヒンダードアミン化合物の他に、ホスフィットエステル、ホスホニトおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つのリン化合物を含む。
ホスホニトの例は以下の表4に記載されている。
本発明の組成物は、上に記載された3つ以外に他の成分を含んでもよい。特に、ポリマー組成物は、少なくとも1つの補強充填剤をさらに含んでもよい。
ポリエステル: Eastman(商標) Chemical Products製のPCTポリエステル
ガラス繊維:
−ガラス繊維−1:OCV(商標)Reinforcements製のOCV995
−ガラス繊維−2:OCV(商標)Reinforcements製のOCV952A
−ガラス繊維−3:NEG(日本電気硝子)株式会社製のT−127H
−TiO2−1:DuPont Titanium Technologies製のTi−Pure(登録商標)R−350−塩化物法によって製造され、シリカおよびアルミナで処理されたルチルTiO2。
−TiO2−2:石原産業株式会社製のTipaque(登録商標)PC−3−塩化物法によって製造され、シリカおよびアルミナで処理されたルチルTiO2。
−リン化合物1(PC−1):ULTRANOX(登録商標)626は、ホスフィットエステル安定剤−上に詳細に説明された式(α5)の(2,4−ジ−t−ブチルフェニル)ペンタエリトリトールジホスフィットであり、Chemtura製である。
−リン化合物2(PC−2):IRGAFOS(登録商標)P−EPQは、ホスホニト安定剤−上に詳細に説明された式(β1)のテトラキス(2,4−ジ−tert−ブチルフェニル)[1,1−ビフェニル]−4,4’ジイルビスホスホニトであり、Ciba製である。
−ヒンダードアミン:NYLOSTAB(登録商標)S−EED安定剤は、式(a2)に相当するヒンダードアミンであり、Clariant Corp.製である。
−タルク:Imi Fabi L.L.C.製のImi−Fabi(商標)HTP−4。
−LLDPE:DOW製の直鎖低密度ポリエチレンGRSN−9820NT7。
上述のポリエステル樹脂をロスイン方式定量フィーダーによって12領域を含むZSK26二軸スクリュー押出機の第1のバレルに供給した。バレルの設定温度は240〜300℃の範囲であり、樹脂は領域5の前で溶融された。他の成分は、ロスイン方式定量フィーダーによってサイドラム押出機を通して領域5に供給された。スクリュー速度は175rpmであった。押出物を冷却し、従来の装置を用いてペレット化した。
LEDデバイス内の本発明の組成物から製造された部品の性質は、12日間180℃において試料を光に露光することによってシミュレートされた。したがって、実施例E4および比較例CE1−CE3の組成物の各々を用いて直径約50mm、厚さ約1.6mmのディスクを作製した。
本発明による組成物E6およびE7は驚くべきことに、比較例CE1〜CE5と比べて、成形し放しおよび光と高熱に12日間暴露した後に、より高い反射率の保持率を示す。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのポリエステルと、
少なくとも1つのヒンダードアミン化合物と、
ホスフィットエステル、ホスホニトおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つのリン化合物とを含むポリマー組成物であって、
少なくとも1つのリン化合物が、組成物の全重量に基づいて0.7〜5重量%の量において存在し、但し、ポリカーボネートを含まない、ポリマー組成物。 - 前記ポリエステルの反復単位の少なくとも50モル%が、テレフタル酸と1,4−シクロヘキシレンジメタノールとの重縮合によって得られる、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリエステルがポリ(1,4−シクロヘキシレンジメチレンテレフタレート)である、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒンダードアミン化合物が、組成物の全重量に基づいて0.05〜2重量%の量において存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの白色顔料をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記白色顔料がTiO2、ZnS2、ZnO、およびBaSO4から選択される、請求項5に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの補強充填剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記補強充填剤がガラス繊維、ウォラストナイト、炭素繊維、タルク、マイカおよびカオリンから選択される、請求項7に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物を含む物品。
- LEDデバイスの部品である、請求項9に記載の物品。
