Claims (7)
- 複数の鋼板が結合されて構成された変圧器鉄心において、
前記複数の鋼板層は、それぞれ複数の鋼板が前記変圧器鉄心の厚さ方向に積層されて形成され、
前記変圧器鉄心は、
前記複数の鋼板の各表面に形成された少なくとも1つのガイドスロットと、
前記ガイドスロットに挿入されて前記複数の鋼板を結合する積層ガイドとを含み、
前記複数の鋼板層は、同じ台形の断面を有するように形成されて台形の各長辺が全体の正方形の各辺を形成するように結合される4つの鋼板層で構成され、
前記ガイドスロットは、前記各鋼板の外辺部の中央に形成され、
前記各鋼板の端部に段差が形成され、隣接する前記鋼板同士が重ね合わせられるように配置される、変圧器鉄心。 - 前記少なくとも1つのガイドスロットは、前記ガイドスロットが形成される前の前記鋼板の単位面積当たりの磁束密度が前記ガイドスロットが形成された後も一定に維持される地点に配置される、請求項1に記載の変圧器鉄心。
- 前記ガイドスロットは、曲面状又は多角形状に形成される、請求項1に記載の変圧器鉄心。
- 前記ガイドスロットの数は、前記ガイドスロットが形成される鋼板の面積に比例して決定される、請求項1に記載の変圧器鉄心。
- 前記ガイドスロットは、前記積層ガイドの横断面と同じ形状を有する、請求項1に記載の変圧器鉄心。
- 前記積層ガイドは、前記ガイドスロットから分離可能である、請求項1に記載の変圧器鉄心。
- 前記積層ガイドの長さは、前記複数の鋼板が形成する厚さに比例する、請求項1に記載の変圧器鉄心。
