Claims (3)
- 屋根構造体上に取付けられる平板状の屋根材本体、該屋根材本体を上下に貫通している貫通口、及び該貫通口の周縁から上方へ延出している周壁部を有している固定用屋根材と、
該固定用屋根材の前記屋根材本体の下側に位置し複数の取付孔が形成されており屋根構造体上に当接させる一対の平板状の取付片、該取付片それぞれの外側の辺からある高さまで立ち上がってから内側に折れ曲がって前記取付片と平行に延び、更に上方に折れ曲がり前記貫通口を通って前記周壁部よりも上側まで立上がっている立上り部、該立上り部の上端から前記取付片と平行に延びている平板状の載置部、該載置部を上下に貫通しているスリット、及び前記立上り部における前記取付片と平行な部分である段部に前記取付孔と同軸に貫設されている挿通孔を有している固定部材と、
該固定部材の前記載置部の下面に当接している頭部、該頭部から前記スリットを通して上方へ延出している棒状の雄ネジ部を有しており、前記スリットに沿って移動可能な雄ネジ部材と、
該雄ネジ部材の前記雄ネジ部が通過している貫通孔が形成されており前記載置部に載置されていると共に前記周壁部の外周よりも外方へ延出している平板状の天板部、及び該天板部の周縁から前記周壁部の上端と前記屋根材本体の上面との間の高さまで下方へ延出している側板部を有しているカバー部材と
を具備しており、
該カバー部材から上方へ延出している前記雄ネジ部に屋根上設置物が固定されることを特徴とする屋根上設置物固定装置。 - 前記固定部材は、
前記雄ネジ部材の前記頭部に下側から当接する規制部を更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の屋根上設置物固定装置。 - 前記固定部材は、
前記固定用屋根材の前記貫通口を通過できる大きさに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の屋根上設置物固定装置。
